Un Dolce Momento

Day 3: At Sea.

Leila got up at 5:30 and did her usual routine, she didn't wake Summer up but instead went for her run alone. She wanted to mentally prepare for a long day of being in a heavy dress, plus all the stress she already had. There wasn't anyone on the track so she took her time. She got breakfast for herself and brought Summer a sandwich.

When she got back Summer was sitting on the balcony. Leila placed down the food and sat down.

"Leila, we have to talk," Summer said, she seemed anxious.

"Well good morning to you too," Leila said as she sat down.

"Me and Matteo kissed," she said immediately.

"OMG" Leila jumped up.

"Okay maybe a little more than that." she chuckled.

"Omgoomgogmomgogmgomg"

"What what." Summer said desperate to find out what her friend was thinking.

"Aiden and I. Matteo and you. AHHHH," she jumped up and down.

"OMG wait. AIDEN AND YOU?? Girl when."

"Last night. Before the hot tub. Wait, weren't you recording at the hot tub? SHOW ME"

The girls continued to talk as they watched the video, Summer flushed up but fangirled with Leila as she told her story.

After showering and getting the basics done, they went to their hair appointment in the salon which was at 9, and got out at 10:30. Then headed straight to their room to do their makeup. But did not forget to film a few tiktoks, and of course vlog the whole thing. Both girls had been practicing their makeup looks for weeks beforehand so they had mastered the look by then. They finished 2 hours later at 12:30.

They then headed to the extra room they didn't use, to get into the big dresses, Leila wore royal blue, while Summer's was a dark red. The girls were finally finished by 1 pm.

They decided to keep filming videos and taking pictures around the cruise before the party. They met up with Marissa who was wearing a smaller purple dress, and she was with Rachel who was wearing a silk red dress, almost the same color as Summer's. She gave Summer a dirty look before leaving.

"Aiden and Matteo were looking for you guys earlier, they told me to tell them if I saw you guys," Marissa told Summer.

"You guys really seem to be getting along huh." she winked.

The girls laughed.

"It's okay, don't worry, I approve of you guys," she said, placing her hands on their shoulders.

"Can you tell them to meet us at the theater?" asked Leila.

"Of course, I'll tell them."

The girls wanted to head to the theater to film some videos while it was still empty.

The boys showed up a few minutes after they did.

Matteo, being playful as always, bowed down as if asking for a dance and kissed Summer's hand. She laughed and accepted. They pretended to be at a ball dancing on the stage, missing most of the steps.

Leila sat down on the stage and watched as they danced.

"You look stunning. That color looks great on you." Aiden said, coming up from behind her. "I got you something." He gave her a small box.

"Aiden, thank you, but what is this?"

"A birthday present, you are celebrating your birthday after all." He smiled and sat with her.

She opened her gift.

"A pandora charm? I can't accept this." she handed it back to him but he wouldn't let her.
