Ashton led the way for most of the time. She kept talking on and on about how she wanted to see the world. Wanted to just get away from people. "I know the feeling!" I interrupted her. She cocked her head to look at me. "Oh we know all about you!" She responded. What? There is more than one of her? I thought to myself as we walked towards a narrowed road, that probably led to doom and destruction, but, hey, fun right? "Who is we?" I asked in an uncertain tone. She just laughed. "You'll find out soon!"
As we reached the end of the path, a house came into view. It was tall. And I mean like 5 stories tall. It was covered with windows, but they aren't anywhere on the ground level. It looked like the president's office, but fancier. "Come in.." I heard a deep voice say. The man led me into the room, and then left. "Um.. H-hello?" I spoke quietly. "Welcome! I'm the president of F.A.R.T.S! You can call me Carver!" I giggled. "What's so funny?" He demanded. "Um.. W-well..You call yourself farts?" I blurted out. As soon as I said it, I wished I hadn't.
"Jeffery! Take this girl to her room!" He yelled. "We don't tolerate insults.." He spoke. "Wait! It wasn't an insult! It was a-" I was suddenly cut off because my hand felt a sharp pain. "Ow!" I yelped. "Relax.. It's just going to make you fall asleep..." A soft voice spoke.
As I lay on the bed, my vision blurry, I wonder what I'm doing here. "I will get out of here.." I spoke softly as I drifted off to sleep..
