Kakashi was walking back home one night, after failing a bunch of brats aspiring to become genins and sent them back to the academy. He unlocked the door to his apartment and immediately collapsed on the couch. He remembered his own test with his team mates and sensei. He let out a deep sigh as he walked outside heading for his favorite spot in the village. He stood infront of some rocks which had names of people engraved to it.
"Rin, Obito.... Minato sensei... I remember how much we worked together as a team despite our differences in the past....I wish I could remind all these brats aspiring to become shinobi the value of teamwork. They all just keep failing because of the same thing. I need your help sensei, so as to not let those kids end up like how I did because of my failure..." He turned and headed back home, trying not to imagine having someone else's name engraved there because of him.

One day, the hokage assigned him on a mission with a few other shinobi as accompaniants. Before anyone could spell jack robinson, he was already off on his own for the mission. The people he was sent on the mission with immediately rushed over to the hokage to report the case.
"Lady hokage!!" (I made Tsunade to be the hokage at this time cuz it'll be weird with Hiruzen) "Kakashi's already left for the mission on his own!!"
"That pig head!!! What does he think he's doing acting so carelessly like that?!!!" *sigh* "Let's wait if we'll hear from him. If we don't then I'll send people to find him."
"Yes lady hokage."
TSUNADE'S POV
"That idiot!! Does he think it's a simple assassination mission? Or is he trying to get himself killed? Either way when he gets back i'll give him the punishment of his life, next time he woun't try such careless things!".........
