Kakashi x Iruka~ love hurts

Chapter 2: The rescue

Tsunade pov:
 
   It's been nearly two days now and we haven't heard from Kakashi, I just don't want to hope for the worst!! Just as I was losing hope, a little someone came stumbling in. It was Kakashi's ninken, Pakkun, covered in scars all over, almost out of breath as he frantically barked what I couldn't really hear.
 
  "Okey calm down, take a deep breath then talk..."

  "Boss has been captured by enemies from the land of grass, they restrained him and took him to their hideout somewhere in the forest!!" Said pakkun as he slumped down on Tsunade's lap. She started healing him and immediately sent for three people....
 
   "Bring me Genma, Raido and Iruka now!!!!" Tsunade yelled.

  The tree ninjas rushed to the hokage's office almost immediately and stood infront of her desk waiting to hear the reason for them being called.

   "Kakashi has been kidnapped!!" Tsunade said as a wave of shock filled the atmosphere.
  "I need you three to go to the forest and look for him and bring him back, better hurry we don't know what condition he's in right now!!"
   They immediately nodded and shushined away, except Iruka who still stood there.
   "What is it Iruka?!"
  
   "I'm a bit confuzed, Kakashi is a high rank jounin, one of the top strongest shinobis, and if he could be captured then what'll happen, I mean get Genma and Raido are jounins, but I'm just a chunin with less battle experience so why did you also pick me?"
  "Well, in this mission we don't only need strength but we also need good IQ and since you are smarter and know how to reason your way around, plus you know Kakashi more than some of us here. Now hurry up! Pakkun here'll guide you guys to where he is." Tsunade said as the pup slowly crawled out from Tsunade's lap. Iruka carried him and bowed then shushined away.

*Time skip* (cuz i'm too lazy)

   The tree ninjas were jumping through the trees with pakkun in the lead. They stopped as they saw something beneath them. "It's Kakashi's headband!" Said Raido. "I think we should split up and look for him, they could have taken him around anywhere here." Said Genma. "Okey then let's go immediately! Iruka said as they all nodded and disappeared into the trees. Iruka was with Pakkun as they darted across the trees. He stopped abruptly minutes later as he spotted a bag. 'This must be Kakashi's, which means we might be getting closer.' The brunette thought to himself as he picked up the little bag and put it (god knows where) and continued. He paused again at the scary smell of blood. "Don't tell me... no, Kakashi's fine Iruka, don't think that!" He said to himself as he continued moving forward.

  About thirty minutes later, the smell hit him again but stronger and harder this time as he approached a rickety old, odd looking dilapidated building in the middle of nowhere. He sneaked and took a quick peek around making sure no one's around and listening for sounds, before bursting in through a broken window.
  The building looked as creepy in the inside as it was on the outside. There were dozens of doors leading to god knows where.
  "Hey Pakkun, can u track down where the smell of blood is coming from?"
  "Of course I can." Said Pakkun as he sniffed around.
  Minutes later, they found themselves in a room further down the place. It had many cells and the smell of blood was dangerously close as if you could grasp it. Iruka was currently sweating purfourously(don't know if I got the spelling) as he slowly crept along the cells, till he came by an agonizing sight. It was Kakashi... lying in a great pool of blood, his whole clothes even his hair was soaked in his blood. Iruke nearly fainted from the sight alone. He quickly rushed to the cell to find it wasn't locked, just a small hook kept it closed and the person from inside can't unlock it. Iruka wondered how they thought someone this injured would even be concious not to talk of getting up and trying to escape. He unlocked the doo-hickey and swiftly but gently placed the jounin on his back. Suddenly footsteps were heard. Iruka quickly ran out from that cell and to his relief he found a window to his left. He immediately jumped out and hic an an explosion tag around the exit places of the building and dashed away.
