“Everyone leaves for a reason, just as everyone loves for a reason. I just want to be someone’s reason.”

Minahil is a 17-year-old Muslim girl.  She has a very particular character: inside, she is very sensitive. In fact, she can break down in tears over small things while  other more serious things  don’t change anything for her. Outwardly, she shows herself as a brave, strong, and self-confident girl. Minahil loves to express thoughts to her diary.  She believes that that is a person with whom she can share her feelings, her difficult moments, and can let off steam by writing only words.

She loves to read poetry, books, novels, and magazines.  She reads when she wants to isolate herself from the world and immerse herself in the world of books, she manages to finish books even in less than 2 days and from here you can understand how much she needs a loving person next to her, but she has found a way, that can relax and soothe her.  Read books!  She had a difficult past because she had to suffer loneliness in her teenage years, where she needed affection and caring people next to her.  But she was never demoralized, she suffered on her own for about 4 years and recovered on her own! She is one of the best students in the class and with excellent results.

Minahil’s parents are quite strict. She has all the freedoms of hers but with restrictions that, in many cases, are difficult for her to follow or to accept. The connection that she has with her parents is not very open, ...not as if they were her friends but not bad,if you can say “acceptable”.
Imaran is Minahil’s little brother. In fact, she acts as her mother since he is only 6 years old.  They are very close to each other because Minahil has lived alone for so many years since she was the only child.  After all, they were small family who were cotent and satisfied with what they had.
Even though Minahil is only 17, her parents often talk about her marriage, and they also talk about it many times with concern. Ayesha Minahil’s mother proposed many boys to her but she didn’t accept, even one, because for now she wanted to concentrate only on studying.  A small reason behind her No was also because she had a crush on a boy who attended high school with her.  But she never understood what that feeling was, Minahil’s friend Areeba had always considered that boy useless.  She always told her to think carefully before making any move.

Areeba was her only friend, and here Minahil was super open, and she knew everything about Minahil.  They attended elementary school together, and now they are also in high school together.  They grew up together.Areeba and minahil have a very good relationship with each other.  Both have the same goals, which is to get good results to have a bright future and attend university to find their dream job.  Despite being best friends, they are completely different from each other in everything.  And many times, they're find themselves arguing about maybe stupid things that could be avoided.!  But their relationship grows stronger day by day
