Trigger warnings are a big deal. As not to give away the storyline by listing them at the beginning of the chapter, we're doing this pseudo-AO3 style. There will be a list of warnings at the beginning of each book. If there's sensitive content in a particular chapter then there will be a reminder at the beginning to refer back to the list.
Example: TW/// Please refer back to the list///
If it is something major then the warnings will hit the main points.
Death Death is mentioned at least once in the chapter. There could be anywhere from a funeral to seeing someone die.
Hospitals Some are in a hospital or have a memory of one. Things like doctors, medical equipment, needles, descriptions of rooms/people, procedures, etc. No gore.
Medication Prescribed pills, tablets, liquids, or gummies are mentioned. OCs take daily medications.
Road Incident Car crashes are shown in a flashback, memory, video, audio recording, and/or photo. No gore.
Negative Speech Hate speech, racism, sexism, ethnocentrism, homophobia, religiocentrism, death threats, transphobia, rape threats, etc. Usually in the form of social media comments/posts.
Blood Paper cuts, accidents, periods, nightmares, etc. Nothing big.
Self Harm Memory, flashback, scars. Not in the moment.
