It's been a few days and Damien still couldn't believe he made a friend, somebody actually liked him! "Good day Damien!" Pip said cheerfully as he ran up to him "hey limey" Pip didn't mind the nickname as long as he didn't call him French "Remember the other day? I had lots of fun and my parents didn't care that I skipped, want to do it again?" Damien of course agreed cuz school sucks ass.
They went on a hike in the woods to a super cool spot Pip knew, Pip often wandered around the woods because he was so alone. When they got there Damien admired the scenery, it was nothing like what he grew up in. The place was bright, but with shadow Yk, There was a Picnic table, a target with a box containing a bow and some arrows, but most importantly, a big thick tree that was hollowed out with pillows inside leaving a big place to chill in.

"Wow,this is awesome:D" "I know right,it's my secret hideout" They sat down at the picnic table "let's play a question game so we can better understand each other" "alright sure"
The two asked each other normal questions, joke questions, nothing too strange "Okay okay, my question is..where were you born exactly?" Pip asked, But Damien didn't know how to respond. He just made his first friend in his life, how was he supposed to tell him that he was born in hell because his dad is Satan himself!? He hesitated answering at all "I um..I-I don't..uh.." Pip was confused on why Damien was so nervous. "I-I can ask a different question if you'd like" He said frantically, to which Damien nodded starting to calm down a bit.
Time skip😍
"Okay just hold your arm back like that.." Pip was standing behind Damien, making sure he did this correctly "is this okay?" "Mhm,now shoot!" Damien let go of the arrow and hit right in the center of the target. He jumped up in excitement "That was great Damien!" Pip said while hugging him. Damien was still not used to hugs, so he slowly hugged back, and held on tight after a few seconds. Pip tried to pull away after a reasonable amount of time but Damien didn't budge, he didn't mind so he happily continued hugging him.
Suddenly, Damien started to feel horrible pain, he let go of Pip and fell to the ground whimpering and groaning with pain.(ifyou haven't read my oneshots book i have a hc that Damien being mixed with demon and human fucks up his body and gives him very painful attacks sometimes)Pip immediately crouched down and held him "Damien what's wrong?! what happened?!" He couldn't reply, He was in to much pain, Pip was terrified as he felt Damien's body growing insanely hot. Pip held onto Damien and rubbed his head, trying to make him feel at least a little better.
After like 10 minutes Damien started to calm down, laying against Pip while breathing heavily."What's going on with you Damien?" He asked him."my b-body is different..then yours, it-t does weird things sometim-es" Damien said coughing "becaus-se I'm not...entirely human.." Pip was so confused,but said nothing as Damien began crying softly. He held on to him tightly, to keep him safe for as long as Damien needed.
