Chapter 5

"Wait... what?" asked Stephanie, Georgia and Fred, surprised about the turn of events. Lila said, "Yeah. I'm joining you. Nobody other than me, would love it more to expose my uncle's secrets and lies. I've known from the start that he was hiding something. I want to find out what it is." Fred mock-applauded, "That is a pretty good reason, revenge."

Georgia was the one that brought the group back to Apsconditum. "That is if we even get out of here alive! How did you get into detention anyways?" she asked.

Lila replied, "Wellllll... I MAYBE KIND of was the one that destroyed Jeremey Higgins statue to end up here..." "WHAT?!" the three of them shouted. "Yeahhh..."

"Before you tell me," Lila began, "I already know what you three did. 'Spoke Ill Of Jeremey Higgins.' Honestly, I'm proud of you for it!"

Stephanie said, "Well, we need to come up with a plan if we want to escape this place. Anyone got any ideas?" Stephanie, Georgia and Fred all looked at Lila when she said, "I do."

"Hey, you!" shouted Georgia and Fred, pointing at a group of Amica-bots that were "attending" to children. "You can't catch us!" they taunted, while taking off, running.

Lila nodded to Stephanie then pointed out, "That's our cue." Lila hacked into her digi-watch, a sort of digital high tech advanced watch that every citizen was required to wear. She somehow made the watch turn her invisible and showed Stephanie how to do the same.

"Whoa!" Stephanie exclaimed in a whisper-shout. Stephanie and Lila tip-toed to the purple door when they came across the Bulldozer. Known for attacking other students and the only person that the torture devices had no effect on. The detention room was more of a way to confine him.

To the girls' surprises he spoke, "You know I can see you, right?" "Wha-" Lila stammered. No one could have possibly seen them, not even the Amica-bots.

The Bulldozer raved, "I'll let you go, for a fee." Lila rolled her eyes, "No."

"Yes. 20 monnetas."

"5."

"30."

Lila rolled her eyes, "FINE." then she handed over the money. The Bulldozer moved out of the way as Stephanie and Lila found a key and unlocked the purple door. Stephanie made a croaking noise, a signal for Georgia and Fred to join them.

Once Georgia and Fred had confused the Amica-bots, they slipped into invisible mode, as Lila had shown them. Together the four children escaped from the detention room, still in invisible mode.
