The best time to repeat affirmations is before you fall asleep and as you're waking up. I also repeat them if I wake up in the middle of the night ✨

And my fave one is during a meditation 🧘🏼‍♀️

Here's why.
During those times your brain is experiencing theta brain waves and that's when you're connecting to your subconscious mind.

Why is it important?
Because you can only reprogram your limiting beliefs when you tap into your subconscious mind. Otherwise affirmations aren't that effective. Because your subconscious mind doesn't hear them.
