How to set goals and achieve them effortlessly and with flow

1. Identify your "true" dreams, not those imposed on you
2. Make a long list of dreams and intentions you want in your life (yes, it has to be long!)
3. Make sure your goal statements are formulated the correct way: A. You need to be very clear about the things you want and B. You need to eliminate any resistance and subconscious blocks (see previous post/part 18)
4. Identify subconscious blocks holding you back
5. Eliminate subconscious blocks (in our MANIFESTATION workshop (https://floovly.com/products/manifestation) we help you do that through a meditation & exercise)
6. Embrace gratitude for what you have already
7. Write a letter to yourself (that dates a year from now, describing your new life)
