Sally

This sounded just too good, to be true.

Soon I would be back home, having my old live back!

I agreed to his bargain and while I kept following him, his words repeated endlessly in my mind. <I will bring you to the portal to your realm and to the place you usually live. But. You have to promise me this; when you are back on Midgard, you shall never talk about what you experienced to any soul. And, you shall help me one day, no matter what I ask from you... Is this a deal? > 'No matter what I ask for...' WAIT!? I agreed to help him in any case he asks me to do one day!?? I. Am. Such. An. Idiot. I should have known it! I was mad at Loki, at me and just anything on this shit happened planet! I wanted to smash something so badly right now. No, better idea. I wanted to tear Loki's flawless face to shreds, so no one would recognize him ever again. Yeah, that would be nice... where should I start? Maybe with his stunningly attractive, emerald orbs?

A chuckle took me out of my thoughts and I saw, that Loki had stopped and turned to face me. I stood still as well and he looked at me in an amused matter. << So you think my eyes are 'stunningly attractive'? I am truly flattered... I am only not so fond of your plans about my wellbeing, 'sweetheart' >> I froze, wide eyes. Don't tell me, he can hear me! His mischievous, toothy smile only grew wider and there was a sly glisten in his eyes.

I frowned and narrowed my eyes at him << Get out of my HEAD! >> Now, now I was really pissed at him. He had the nerves to call me 'SWEETHEART '. Let me show you, how much of a sweetheart I am. The red of some sweet smelling flowers went grey and the blue of my shirt more intensive. But instead of fighting it, I welcomed it warmly, wanting the other to take control.

The last thing I consciously saw, is me pacing in a threating slow temp towards him...

Loki

I had to admit. Her thoughts were very inspiring.

But while I looked through her mind, I found something more interesting.

There was a kind of second personality, pushed back in a dark corner and locked away into a small box. It seemed to be an animal. There were some small holes, through which I peeked in. I heard a deep, raspy snarl and was able to see some fur. It was white with many red-golden stripes. A pair of eyes came in my view. They were a blue with green sparkles, much like Sally's ones, only a few shades brighter.

Suddenly a large, golden and clawed paw swirled towards me and I nearly jumped. The beast in the cage roared loudly and I decided to retire, but hesitated as she thought < I want to smash something so bad right no. No, better idea. I want to tear Loki's face to shreds, so no one would ever recognize him ever again. Yeah, that would be nice... where should I start?

Maybe with those stunningly attractive, emerald orbs?... >

I could not help myself, but chuckle. I interrupted my pace and turned towards her, seeing her stop as well, raising an eyebrow inquiring. << So, you think my eyes are 'stunningly attractive'? I am truly flattered... I am only not so fond of your plans of my wellbeing,

'Sweetheart' >> I said, underlining the last word.

I had already retired myself from her mind and it entertained me to watch her upset. She changed again, but now, I knew into what.

She (it?) seemed really furious and was just made intends in trying to kill me. What a foul. Why should I even bother of her wellbeing? I could have ended everything before it even would had started. Her pupils were barely visible, thin lines in a pool of blue and green. She encircled me, like the wolf his prey, searching for a weak spot in my holding. Good strategy, but wasted time. Although I knew she was harmless for me I kept my eyes strictly on the mortal.

We both waited for the other to move first, which she finally made.

The mortal attacked me from my back, just how I had expected. I turned rapidly, taking hold of my enchanted dagger while motioning and blocked her clawing hands. She was about to fall to the ground, but in the time of her falling, she grasped the sleeves of my vest and pulled me down as well. I scrolled over the mortal, standing again in a matter of seconds, facing her again. Sally was still on the ground, seemingly struggling to get up, since her hand was jammed in a crevice. She hissed and growled, twisting her arm. I took the opportunity to pin her to the ground. I looked into her eyes, searching for any weakness in them, but I only saw my reflection in the bluish pool of rage and anger. She wiggled underneath me, but I did not let her go so easily. Until I felt a knee punching my gut. I groaned in pain and momentarily loosened my grasp on her. She finally freed herself and gripped my upper arms hard, rolling on top of me. Now it was my turn to be laying on the ground. I didn't struggle though, giving her the poisonous thought to have won. Sally lifted one fist, held like claws and ran it over my face. I felt something wet dripping down my cheek and tasted the metallic and salty taste of blood running over my thin lips. I flinched, when she punched me in the face. Having enough of her fighting attempts, I harshly pushed her off of me and as I stood, she was already attacking me again. Annoyed yet already of her, I grabbed her by the collar and threw her at the next boom. I went after her in anger, grasping her neck and holding her up from the ground. Her eyes grew wide, as soon she couldn't breathe anymore.

<< You think, thee would be stronger than I? You are nothing compared to me! >> I spat at her << You are no different from any other of your species, mortal! Like everyone else; puny and PATHETIC!! >> She began to twist in my grasp, choking for air and clawing at me in desperation. I tightened my grip on her neck, causing her to slightly whimper. As the mortal she was, Sally already began to weaken rapidly. I could see, how it got hard for her to focus anymore.

Suddenly, I was hit by something very hard at the side of my head. I let go of her, stumbling hardly, fighting for my balance.

Sally

When I came back, I was laying on the ground inhaling air in eager. It burnt like hell and forced me to cough hard.

My vision was blurry and all I could hear was the blood rushing loudly through my veins. I cautiously touched my neck, wincing as the stinging pain shot through my body, letting out an unruly whimper.

Slowly my vision went clear again and my ears started to function. My breath still was heavy.

At the sound of trampling near me, I lifted my head, looking for the cause of it. Only to see Loki, fighting against Thor.

Thor smashed Loki with his tall hammer and I had to quickly roll over, so the trickster god wouldn't crash me.

I shortly looked to the thunderer, thinking what to do.

Loki needed help and I gave him the promise to help him one day.

I took the opportunity to accomplish this promise.
