Loki

It was fun to watch her horrified face, when she woke up. A chuckle escaped my throat, to which she faced me. Her snake-like pupils were wide, so I barely could see the green sparkled blue of her eyes, fear written in them. Her expression but changed, as she saw me, the pupils now only very thin lines in the iris. She stood up, slowly and controlled. She stood at full high in front of me, her stance was graceful and full of strength, but the glare she gave me, full of anger and rage and...demanding. <<Why, Laufeyson, are you willing to help me? What is your point in helping a mortal? >> Her questions caught me off guarded. She seemed to be more intelligent than I doubted her first. I remained silent, keeping my emotions hidden behind a mask. I was truly surprised at her determination and demanding holding. <<There is indeed a reason, but it is none of your concerns >> I said bluntly, watching her in those out-creeping eyes. I closed the book I was reading and put it aside, slowly standing up. I felt the anger rinsing in me, gritting my teeth. I looked down at her, over towering her. She did not even flinch and glared further at me. <<Your reason is not of my concern, you say? >> She startedthreateningly calm <<NOT OF MY CONCERN!!? When anyone has the right to know your reason it's ME! >> She went of yelling at me. How dare that pathetic mortal yells at me! I! The god of mischief and lies! I felt my anger grew wider and my clenched fists started to tremble hardly, as I tried to control myself. <Calm down Loki. Do not make any mistake now. You have to gain her trust, remember? > I closed my eyes and took a deep breath, to calm myself down. When I opened them again, Sally had disappeared. I looked around, wondering, where she could went in this short amount of time. That was until I heard the door slamming shot. I mentally groaned and followed her.

So much in gaining her trust...

Sally

How dumb it was from this 'god' to just close his eyes. I snuck past him and headed out of the building. I haven't reached the first trees, when suddenly a huge black fur ball tangled me on the ground. <<FENRIR!! Get off of me! >> I shrieked as I realized, who was above me. He shook his large head, as if to say 'NO' and I started to squirm, but unsuccessful at all. I began to panic and now even tried to scratch or bite him. When the wolf had enough, he layed himself flat on me, so I couldn't move or breath anymore. After a couple of seconds I heard a very familiar, but muffled voice though Fenrir's fur. I cramped myself onto his fur, as he stood up and hung on his belly fur. <<Good work, my son >> I heard Loki say, a chuckle under his breath. Wait, what!? Fenrir is Loki's SON?! Still cramping onto his belly, I looked up and saw a head-down standing Loki pacing towards us. I just ginned as innocently as I could and let go of the fur. Before I had even touched the ground, I turned, so I faced the ground and could slow down the fall. When I looked up, only pitch black boots and the end of a black leather coat with some golden sleeves were in front of me.

My gaze slowly rose up, until our eyes met. He had his fists placed on his hips, looking down at her with a raised eyebrow. I gave him the sweetest smile, I could offer. <<Ehehehe. Hi...? >> I nervously laughed, when my smile hadn't worked. Fenrir was no longer standing over me. Slowly I stood up and made a few steps away from him.     <<I would like to know reason of your odd behavior? >> Loki meant, his deep voice was full of choked anger. My eyes darted shortly over to Fenrir, who was now standing behind his... father...? My gaze went back to Loki, who glared daggers at me, waiting impatiently for an explanation. <<I...erm... would really like to stay... but... I gotta go. Bye! >> I nervously stammered, turned and ran away. This time I managed to run into the woods. I reached a giant tree, which I quickly scaled. I almost slid of the branches for several times and only managed to clench on the rough bark in the last second. On one of the upper branches, I rested and sat down there, leaning against the trunk. I was tired and slowly began to doze off.

Loki

I followed her, again. I was still very angry and tried to calm myself.

It was harder to follow her trace this time and in the end, I let Fenrir help me. He led the way and remained still, when we arrived an especially high tree. <By the gods, she can't just went up there> I thought and looked up. I was not able to see her, though I could tell she was up there, because there were several snapped off branches on the way to the top. I quickly patted Fenrir, to admire his help and began to climb the tree myself. If a mortal could do it, I can do it as well. And without magic.
