Tracy, Snowy, Kim, and Carolina were all linked. When the Brethren told them that they might have a temporary fix for their money problems. We showed them the boxes and Charles room. We showed them the bombs. We showed them the explosives. We showed them the blasting caps. Then we showed them the tunnel. And we said we needed someone to take us down the tunnel. When we got there, there was the motorcycle and the backpack. Very obviously no exit was readily apparent. There was one small hole down near the floor but would take me some time to explore it. We left a team behind. Tracy then returned to the Armory.

By the time Tracy got us back, the rest of the girls had arrived. Tracy only knew of one thing out that way and that was the old hotel. We suggested that Snowy go check out the hotel. It was a 15 minute drive. No we did not have her driver's license. But Tracy said she had it covered. Well the girls got busy unpacking the new blenders. Fortunately Tracy got some outlet strips. Now they had 7 small blenders and two large ones. Tracy said the 10 large large ones should be in next week.

The Brethren had decided that extruding the woman from Charles was uncomfortable for both parties. So we had given Charles a womb. The girls had helped us rearrange the entertainment center. Delivery by cesarean section. We made some special tape up that the girls used to patch Charles up. He was more than ready to go to sleep after that. And that was how Golden joined us.

Amazingly Snowy was still in the link. Snowy was the one who suggested The Shelter Project subtitled a home for abused partners.

Tracy said what a perfect cover. A place for people who are trying to escape their identities and their past. But from the looks of it that place needs an awful lot of work.

The Brethren well if someone can move us to where the work is we should be able to get it done. We would need some basic materials too. Tracy would you see what you could do about getting Snowy, Kim, Carolina and Golden into the women's division of the sheriff's department. You are going to need some help.

The Brethren to all the ladies Tracy as soon as possible I want you to train Snowy and Carolina how to take punishment and quickly render an opponent harmless. Snowy and Carolina once they are trained in all aspects of a Sheriff's work are to be officially dismissed for failure to shoot their training officer. Then they will be given their assignment. If possible I want them to take over cupcake duty tomorrow. And we want them ready for their next assignment 7 days from now. Kim we understand that you have an affinity for martial arts. We request that studying forms be your primary duty. Golden's primary duty will be to look for, and exploit financial opportunities. Harmony when she comes tomorrow her primary duties involve running Camp Cupcake.

Right now we are weak. And if it all possible we want us to be laughed at until it is too late. We hope you understand.

Snowy I saw a permit from the Bureau of Indian Affairs to sell health food. Is there an Indian reservation around here somewhere?

Tracy actually this entire County is an Indian reservation. A long time ago we adopted the white man's ways. Some were invited into our tribe. And some married into our tribe. Mr Tanner who I will go see later on, holds all the tribe's land in trust.

Snowy so you mean that you actually have a treaty with the United States?

Tracy: it was negotiated with General Andrew Jackson accepted by President Andrew Jackson and actually signed by 40 senators. The Treaty in its entirety is recorded in the Congressional record. And she gave Snowy the citation. There was a significant delay and ratifying the treaty which necessitated the tribe using the subterfuge of Mr Tanner's family to actually retain our land. Our attorney was very persuasive.

Snowy this is the type of case that lawyers dream of.

The Brethren may we suggest that you actively pursue criminal law.

Snowy it would probably be a good idea.

Tracy well I'm off to see Mr Tanner.

Tracy made sure that she followed the correct way to Mr Tanner's house. Her father had taught her the correct way. Now she knew why. They were called Guardians.

The Brethren Tracy the Guardians have recognized us. We are needed at Mr Tanner's ASAP. Run.

Tracy so run we did. I perceived that the Brethren were praying. So I prayed too. When I got there I open the door and went to the kitchen. Thank God I found a straw. So I inserted the straw into my heart. And ran to their daughter's bedroom. Mr Tanner got out of my way. I inserted the other end of the straw into his daughter's heart.

Tracy in about a half an hour I pulled the straw out of each of us.

Mr Tanner well Tracy I guess that means you are blood sisters with my daughter now. Now what did you really come to see me about?

Tracy well I would like to rent Charles's place and also the hotel by the highway.

Mr Tanner that's a little bit much just for you. You sure you want to want a house or something?

Tracy Mr Tanner Charles's place is going to become Camp Cupcake a place where perpetrators reconcile with their victims. The hotel is going to become the shelter project a home for battered or abused partners. The hotel will also provide housing for the Sheriff Department's women's volunteer program.

Mr Tanner I assume that since you want to rent Charles's place Charles will no longer be needing it.

Tracy well he still has a few more victims to reconcile with and then I am not done with him.

Mr Tanner if Charles were to leave early for the unhappy hunting grounds it would save my family a great deal of unnecessary grief.

Tracy as I say I am not finished with him yet but once we are we will take him off suicide watch then I am sure he will be most happy to comply with your desire.

Mr Tanner I will expect you to maintain both properties in good order. Rent will be due annually the day after Memorial Day. The amount will be $1 per property. Is that acceptable Tracy?

Tracy what do you mean by good order? And when do we renegotiate?

Mr Tanner if you are happy living there I suspect you will keep it in more than good order. You will have to renegotiate when Charles or my daughter takes over. Charles is unfortunately my younger brother. So he could cause problems that both of us wish to avoid.

Tracy since you are the Chief why don't you kick him out of the tribe?

Mr Tanner I am not the Chief. Your father is. You have no idea how hard it was to convince him to run for Sheriff.

Tracy who should I discuss plans with that involve our entire tribe? For example it is possible to recover all the land those six counties took from you.

Mr Tanner we go to the Bureau of Indian Affairs every year and every year it's the same thing come back next year. His supervisor sends us back to him.

Tracy if it were possible would you like to get a little bit of revenge on the person who killed Harmony and help give Harmony the chance to come back to us?

Mr Tanner this could be worth investigating.

Tracy I leave my house at 7 A.M. I think you will learn a lot. Oh and do not dream of killing Charles. We have something far worse in mind for him. You will see why we have him on suicide watch.
