The term second birth which is commonly called being born again goes beyond mouth confession .
I have heard a lot of people saying I got born again this date and that day just like our regular date of birth, the day we gave our life to Christ does not guarantee a date of being born again.
The second birth is not a one time event "it's not once and for all"
There should be a specific date of accepting Christ as our lord and personal saviour irrespective of our religious background, but having a date of being born again is not that realistic. You get born again day by day . It's a daily, gradual and constant process , you get separated from sins and evil , becoming dead to sin day by day, and remain alive in Christ day by day.
The second birth means salvation of our soul,righteousness, hope of eternal joy. John 3:3 In reply Jesus declared, "I tell you the truth, no one can see the kingdom of God unless he is born again( second birth) .
