Ingredients: cups self-raising flour 1⁄2 cup caster sugar 1⁄4 tsp bicarbonate of soda 11⁄2 cups milk 1 egg, lightly beaten 2 tsp vanilla extract 125g packet Baci Perugina Original Dark Chocolates, unwrapped, chopped 50g butter, melted Whipped cream, to serve Chocolate syrup, to serve Baci Perugina Original Dark Chocolates, unwrapped, chopped, to serve
Step 1 Combine flour, sugar and bicarbonate of soda in a bowl. Make a well. Add milk, egg and vanilla. Whisk until well combined. Fold in Baci chocolates.
Step 2 Heat a large frying pan over medium heat. Brush pan with a little butter. Spoon 1/4 cup batter into pan. Repeat to make a second pancake. Cook for 2 minutes or until bubbles appear on surface. Turn pancakes. Cook for a further 2 minutes or until golden and cooked through. Transfer to a plate. Cover to keep warm. Repeat with remaining batter, brushing with a little butter between batches.
Step 3 Dollop pancakes with cream and drizzle with chocolate syrup. Serve topped with extra chopped Baci chocolates.
