The Perfect Sonnet

You know that only for you I'll ever rhyme,
For to me you know it is a waste of time.

I lack a sense of meter and rhythm.
I'll forget all of your barbarianism.

To wish you well in all future actions,
As I leave to not be a distraction.

For as once we loved so incautiously,
Us together was always lawlessly.

Here we lie apart in body and soul,
Finally having to pay the high toll.

Unwilling before to ever stand alone,
We will never together face unknowns.

Know that lovers should be chained together,
Into a fire with songs and letters.
