A week had passed since the school assembly, a lot had happened. All good though! Well kind of...

Bachira had indeed waited for you outside your room early in the morning, he even gave you a 'no bullying' badge that he made himself so the two of you could match.

Leaving your dorm to see Bachira's face every morning was starting to feel normal, a part of your daily routine.

Speaking of daily routine, it seems that Rin and you had finally settled down and decided to be civil to one another. You weren't sure how it turned out this way but the two of you were now able to co-exist without being mean.

Being awoken by Rin kicking your bed or knocking on your wall became a habit, he worked way better than that alarm clock of yours anyway. You were glad to have found some common ground with him, Itoshi Rin wasn't all that stuck up and scary if you tried to understand him better.

A smile graced your face when you saw the empty cardboard box in the trash. It was a few slices of pizza that you brought back from your dinner with Anri. You went to sleep early and left a note telling Rin that he could eat it if he was hungry.

You didn't expect him to actually accept it, but it was nice knowing that he trusted you enough to not poison his food.

"Isagi?" You paused, looking at the blue eyed boy, "oh are you looking for Rin?"

"Ah nope, Bachira sent me to walk you to class. He was busy... getting scolded..."

Isagi shot you an awkward smile. The two of you hadn't interacted all that much, maybe a few words were exchanged but nothing significant.

"Scolded? What ha—" You were cut short by the door opening behind you.

Your roommate emerged with a scowl on his face. Isagi was quick to greet Rin, reminding him of practice later.

"Whatever, if Bachira was busy he could've asked me. I'm sure it would have been more convenient." The Itoshi scoffed before pushing past the two of you.

"huh" Your eyes trailed after his disappearing figure.

"e-eh what does that mean?" Isagi pointed a finger at him, looking at you.

"dunno," shrugging your shoulders you walked ahead.

"Like a party then?" You questioned your best friend.

"No no, parties are against the rules silly. This is just a... friendly gathering! Y'know to celebrate winning the match against the other school." Anri who had been looking at you expectantly for the past few minutes chirped up.

"Ha, a friendly gathering?" Raising a brow at your friend, you found it extremely difficult to turn her down. "ugh fine, but if I get in trouble—"

"Yes yes i'll take the blame!"

You smiled softly at the close eyed smile she was giving you. The things you do for her...

The party was— scratch that, the friendly gathering was going to be in two dorms. Isagi and Bachira's along with Reo and Nagi's, both of which were conveniently next to each other.

Everyone had dressed up slightly, you went in your pyjamas... I mean if you got caught you could just say that you forgot to return something and decided to do it in the middle of the night only to find out a party was going on...
