Hehehe okk i'm going to start adding more interesting stuff to the story now. 😊

Also just a reminder almost everyone in this story has been aged up to 17. Barou, Sae, Kaiser and Shidou are 18.

"What did you just say?" In one swift move, Barou rammed the poor guy's head into the wall.

You gasped as the guy in question started spluttering blood and coughing violently. Some brave soul from amongst the gathering crowd walked forward, putting a hand on Barou's shoulder to hold him back.

"Let go of my friend!" Despite being brave enough to talk back to him, the fierce look on Barou's face made his voice shake.

"Your friend?" Scoffing to himself, he grabbed the new guy up by the collar of his shirt. "You can join him on the floor."

Before you knew it, both of them were already lying unconscious on the ground, face all bloodied up and beaten.

By now, the crowd had thinned out a little. But that didn't stop someone else from stepping into the mess.

"Hey Barou! What do you think you're doing—"

"Isagi!" You yelled out watching the familiar dark haired boy get choked against a wall by Barou's tight grip.

Pushing past a few people, you moved up to the front to get a better view of what was happening. Hushed whispers going on between the other onlookers

"Get a teacher here!"

"Is he out of his mind? Who would go up against Barou?!"

"Let's leave before we get in trouble."

"Fight! Fight! Fight! Fight!"

"Why is no one stopping him?!"

Even when he was being held up by the collar, Isagi was still cursing the pineapple head out. (Cue slursagi's homophobic, racist, sexist, misogynistic and whatever else insults.)

Where's Kunigami when you need him?

Eyes widening in worry, you debated between stepping in or finding an adult. Everyone around you were glued to the recording on their phones, trying to get the best angle possible.

Why can't we all just live in peace...

You weren't sure what came over you, but one thing's for sure. You're not going to watch Barou raise his fist to punch Isagi square in the face while standing by and doing nothing.

Body moving quicker than your mind could think, you body slammed into the buff guy knocking his balance off. Hugging onto his tall frame as tightly as you could, the both of you fell back onto the ground with a loud thud.

Clambering into a sitting position, you glanced at Isagi who was slumped against the wall. He massaged his neck occasionally letting out coughs.

"Are you okay? I'll bring you to the sick bay-" Your voice wavered as the 'ground' beneath you moved.

Putting your hands out to prevent yourself from falling, you were struck with the sudden reminder that Barou was under you.

Being so focused on helping Isagi, you completely forgot the way you shoved Barou under you in a pathetic attempt at stopping him.

You were beginning to regret doing it now though...

If not for the adrenaline of what just happened, you were sure— no scratch that. You knew you would have convulsed on the spot.

One of your hands were gripping onto his shirt, the other placed against his chest. The movement just now was Barou trying to sit up and push you off of him.

Finally registering the position the two of you were caught in, you quickly withdrew your hands from him. Holding your hands close to your body, you muttered out an apology, well aware of the eyes that were washing over the two of you.

While only your back was being recorded, it was clear as day to anyone who was witnessing the scene that you were straddling Barou without realising it.

"Whatever, get off." Waving off your apology, Barou used his arm to shove you off his hips.

Scooting away from him a little, you waited expectantly for him to yell and beat you up. He dusted off the dirt from the ground, giving Isagi a murderous glare before strutting away.

Pushing yourself up, you moved over to where Isagi was still seated.

"Does it still hurt?" You asked bringing a hand to lightly brush against the red parts of his neck.

"J-just a little, but it's alright. I can go to the med bay on my own, you should hurry to your class." Taking ahold of your wrist with his hand, he moved it away from his neck in embarrassment.

You decided to dismiss his action, helping him up into a standing position.

"Don't worry, I should go report Barou too." Offering him a smile, you led the way towards the med bay.

Both of you checked the office but couldn't find the nurse anywhere. Though you weren't an expert in the medical field, you do know a thing or two about treating wounds and bruises.

By that you mean—

"Here, some ice." Fishing out a small pack of ice you held it out for Isagi to take.

"Are you sure we can just take it? Shouldn't we ask for permission first?"

"As if they care about a pack of ice, now sit down." Giving him a light push on the shoulder, he fell back onto the couch.

Seeing as Isagi was against the idea of using anything in this room without the nurse, you took it upon yourself to play pretend.

Not even a heads up or anything.

You just slapped the ice pack onto his neck.

"Wai-" He hacked out his words, shocked by what just happened.

"Hold onto it, i'll look for something else!" Making sure that Isagi was doing as told, you ran around trying to find something else that could potentially help him.

"Yeah, couldn't find anything. I didn't understand the complicated labels on them." You shrugged in defeat.

You threw the melted ice pack away, wiping your hands on your uniform.

Saying your goodbyes to Isagi, you walked towards the teachers office in hopes of finding someone.

"L/n? Wait up!" A familiar voice called you out from behind.

"Kunigami, what are you doing here?" You asked as the ginger came close enough.

Last you checked, he was supposed to be having music lessons.

"Ah, I saw Isagi and you walk out the med bay so I just wanted to check if you were alright." He pointed out, hoping you would miss the fact that he went after you instead of his good friend Isagi.

"Actually we got caught in a fight with Barou earlier on, I'm going to find a teacher to report him right now. Wanna tag along?"

Shaking his head, he told you that he still had to finish up a group project with some classmates.
