Reo watched with widened eyes, still stuck at what Nagi had asked-even after you left... five minutes ago.

"Do you think... do you think Chigiri and l/n-" Reo started, terrified of the response he would get.

"-Don't be stupid Reo."

"Right, i'm just overthinking." Convincing himself that it was a misunderstanding, Reo was quick to go back to his usual mood.

Buildings away from where you were, a dazed and confused Rin had just woken up. Mind blanking out for a moment, trying to remember what had lead to him having a big red mark on his cheek and his phone dead.

Plugging the device into the charger, the first thing he did was check for you. Though he would have expected to see you sprawled out in your bed happily snoring away, he was met with an even more terrifying sight.

Your blanket was folded neatly, table clean from any speck of dust, no more random articles of clothing on the floor or hanging off your chair.

Oh, wait-

Rin had a lightbulb moment, his hazy memory finally making sense of itself.

You hadn't went back to the dorm last night so Rin thought you may have left him a note. That led to him sifting through your messy table, resulting in him organising it for you unintentionally.

Right, and he even checked if you left a note on your bed, making him vigorously shake your blanket, expecting a slip of paper to show itself. But that didn't happen, so he made you bed instead, not wanting to be blamed for messing it up.

He must have fallen asleep while waiting for you to come back... but if that was the case, did you come back?

Rin was quick to unlock his phone, ignoring everyone else's messages to find your contact. He frowned at the two blue ticks, but lack of reply.

He didn't necessarily appreciate being left on read, not when he had to ruin his sleep schedule and almost have a mental breakdown.

Sighing at the time, he lightly threw his phone back on his table, leaning into the chair in frustration. Not only did he miss an entire day of lessons, he still wasn't sure if you were alright.

Just as his mind was coming up with the worst case scenario, the familiar click of the door behind him resounded. Rin watched as you walked in, taking a step back, seeing him look at you with such intensity.

"Ah, Rin..." You stuttered, looking away in shame.

"Where'd you go last night? And why didn't you reply me or wake me up?" Immediately you were bombarded with questions from an angry Rin.

"It wasn't on purpose, I just accidentally fell asleep at Chigiri's dorm! I didn't see your message until this morning!" You sweat dropped, intimidated by the sudden drop of temperature in the room.

The two of you stood in silence for a few more seconds before Rin decided to leave you alone.

"Fine, whatever. I'm going to practice."

Standing aside, you watched him scurry around packing his things in a black duffel bag. You wanted to approach him and give a more proper and sincere apology, but through his more aggressive actions, you could tell he wasn't in the mood.

...i'll talk to him later.

You reassured yourself, going back to your side. Eyes widening in shock you stared mouth agape at the clean bed and organised table.

"...no way." Dropping your bag on the floor in shock, Rin subtly peeked his head over the wall to see what was going on.

"You helped me clean my room!?" Face immediately contorting into a smile, you looked up at him with stars in your eyes.

"..a little bit." Rin glared at your expression, clicking his tongue in annoyance.

"Well of course I had to put in some effort since you're watching!" Kaiser haughtily laughed at your compliment.

"It was still a beautiful goal though."

After getting a call from Isagi asking you to help bring the game plans Rin left on his table down, you were forced to sit and watch their practice under the stern gaze of Bachira.

"Hmph! Isagi and I could do it too y'know! Right Isagi, right?" Instinctively, Bachira looked for his best friend nearby.

"Huh- well I suppose..." Scratching the back of his neck, Isagi switched between a suspicious glance at Kaiser to a small smile at you.

There was a short fifteen minutes break where you managed to find out what exactly they were doing for training that day.

"Just a 'friendly' match with each other is all!" Ness had said to you with a sickening smile.

"We're going to crush those losers." Fierce declaration for someone like Isagi.

"It's to briefly gauge each others ability and weaknesses to improve training in the future." The team coach of Bastard München spoke to you at the sidelines.

Perhaps if you were a more active person you'd be able to enjoy sports. Unfortunately you weren't.

So no matter how awesome the plays were, all you could focus on was the sweltering heat and piercing rays of sunlight.

Although you had to admit, compared to a few weeks ago, Kaiser is playing at a whole new level of awesome. Gone was the slight insecurity and fear of losing. It had now been replaced with the usual sense of superiority over the field.

"What's that one move called? The thing in the air where you just flip??" You questioned Noel Noa who stood by your side, carefully observing the game.

"You mean a bicycle kick..?" Steering his eyes from the players, he looked at you unsure if you were serious or joking.

"Yeah! That one!" ...seems like you really didn't know then.
