Kelsey's Pov
When we got to the tomb me and my cousins split up, they were to go and hide behind a pillar while I crawled through the heating ducts. They were also not to go wolf until I told them to, as I jumped into the heating ducts they snuck inside silently and undetected. I listened to Kamunrah talk while I waited for the right time to attack. Just as he was about to slit Ahkmenrah's throat we jumped from our hiding places and in unison said. "You forgot one thing, Ahkmenrah has been hanging out with an army official, I was major when I was stationed in Egypt. Plus I have to twin cousins, we look alike, talk alike, and we fight alike." After that we attacked, when I got the chance I went over to Ahkmenrah and cut the rope off of his hands. He thanked me and I got him to cover.
Ahkmenrah's Pov
When she got me to cover my top blew, after she explained my brother and her faced each other. She was knocked out as well as her cousins, my brother didn't know where I was. He picked up Kelsey, left her cousins and took her with him, I must warn Larry, we have to save her. As soon as the coast was clear I woke up her cousins, rounded up the others, and explained what happened. They all agreed that we had to go after them, it was then that I realized that I loved her more than ever. "We have to go tonight, he obviously took her to the Smithsonian museum. Larry we have to go." Larry nodded, told the museum curator what had happened and that we had to help. He agreed, so we got what we needed and headed off.
Kelsey's Pov
When I woke up I was chained to a chair, I easily broke the chains, then Kamunrah walked in so I played like I was still chained to the chair. "Kamunrah, I should have known. Where's Ahkmenrah? What did you do with him?" He laughed at me then said. "Since I couldn't find him I'm using you as a trap to lure him here. He loves you so you make the perfect bait, of course he'd save you, when he's here I plan to control him with this scepter then have him wipe out you and your family." I stood up then and did my best to fight, but I got my ass whooped. They chained me to the chair again then I said. "Chains don't work on me, I'm stronger than you. As well as your brother is." At that he slapped me, leaned in close and said. "I drained you of your powers until it's time for a fight, in which you will face him and perhaps kill him." I kicked him where the sun doesn't shine them said. "I'll die before I hurt him, I know how to remove that stupid spell of mind control from that scepter. And I can also kill you with it." I laughed in his face and they knocked me out again.
Ahkmenrah's Pov
Kelsey's stepsister Alice said. "We can't attack until the full moon, since the effects of the tablet have already worn off from them it might be easy. I've been communicating with Kelsey via our minds, she said to bring the tablet when we fight the, Kelsey's being held in question cage that exploits her weaknesses that's why she can't get out without us." I hated my brother even more, then I thought what are we gonna do if he kills her? Then we all heard her voice in our heads. Guys be careful he plans on killing anyone close to me and that includes me, like I said attack on the full moon so the pack is stronger. I can't get out of here on my own, Ahkmenrah, be careful he has plans for you to. Be careful, Alice train the newbie fighters have Jasper help. Be safe guys, I love you Ahkmenrah. After that we didn't hear her, I collapsed and started to worry. What if we can't save her, what if they kill us before we get to her? It was full of what ifs, I wish we could help her before.
Kelsey's Pov
One more night until the full moon, I've been preparing I'm out for blood if he's gonna try and kill me and my family, we're gonna put up a fight. I've been pushing myself to the limit and farther to be ready. He's not gonna kill them, they're strong enough. But some of them don't know how to fight. Alice and Jasper will train them, I shouldn't worry they'll be fine, and so will I. Ahkmenrah's probably as worried as I am.
