Kelsey's Pov
It's sunset on the night of the full moon, the change will happen if I'm not careful, I have to keep it in. Kamunrah hasn't woken up yet so that means their not here yet. " Come on guys, hurry up!" After I said that Kamunrah awoke, they're here. I hid in my cage as Kamunrah searched for me, he started yelling in Egyptian, I assumed he was yelling 'find her she's gone!' I laughed and giggled as I waited for my rescuers. I heard the cage break then jumped out of my hiding place, Emmett was standing in the middle of the cage, he motioned for me to come with him I grabbed my belongings and followed him. He led me to Ahkmenrah, as soon as I saw him I ran toward him and jumped into his arms as he held me tight.
Ahkmenrah's Pov
I held her close to my heart, I didn't want to let gobut we got cut short for when she screamed shrilly she let go. As she stepped back I saw my brother behind her with a sinister look on his face, Kelsey turned around as she pulled something out of her side as well as yelping when she pulled it out. When she lifted her arm I saw a knife that had her blood on it's blood, my brother had stabbed her.
Kelsey's Pov
I was breathing heavily as I held up the knife that Kamunrah had stabbed me with, when I had raised my arm to a certain length pain shot everywhere. I let out a shrill scream and collapsed, it's healing. While Ahkmenrah stayed next to me as I waited for the wound to heal Emmett attacked and Ahkmenrah's brother ran and hid. When Emmett returned I was healed and we pushed on, we got cornered, I said to Emmett. "You get Ahkmenrah somewhere else." When Ahkmenrah opened his mouth to protest I interrupted him and said. "If they get the scepter near you I can't snap you out of it without hurting you, and I don't hurt the people I love. I'm sorry, that's just the way I am." He nodded and went with Emmett, I faced my attackers and took my fighting stance, when my attackers charged at me I quickly jumped up and I punched to my left and kicked to my right. After I had knocked out my attackers I found Emmett on the ground and saw Ahkmenrah standing over him. "Emmett! Are you OK?" Ahkmenrah looked at me with blue eyes that looked familiar, I saw his brother behind him. Oh no they have him under the spell of the scepter. I took my fighting stance then remembered that I had a gun, but I could never shoot Ahkmenrah. I can do what they did in Divergent, and I did he pinned me to the ground and i had the gun pointed at him but I switched it to his hands and helped him point it at my forehead. "It's me. It's ok. It's me. It's me it's me it's me. You're ok." His eye color went back to normal and he dropped the gun, I picked it up and tossed it to Emmett, Ahkmenrah hugged me and apologized, he kissed me and said that he felt ashamed for almost killing me. "Don't be the scepter can alter your memories." We both stood up and regrouped with Emmett, we turned and saw Kamunrah with a gun and he had it pointed at Ahkmenrah, I was on the other side of Emmett. When I heard the gunshot I jumped in front of Ahkmenrah.
