SEVEN POV

"Hi my boo." I said as I wrapped my arms around my boyfriend's shoulders while he sat at his desk. He was finishing up some work for school.

Me and Mono had been dating for about 9 months and had been really good friends for years before that. We were now both in college and had a shared dorm together.

"I don't really like that one, it sounds strange."
"Hmmmm, well I'm sure we can find something." I thought for a moment. "Babe?"
"Too generic."
"Baby boy?"
"It's cute I guess, but I'm both older and taller than you, so it seems strange to call me your baby. Anyway, do we really need to use pet names for each other? Aren't name names enough?"
"It's just a cringey but cute couple thing. But if you don't wanna be any fun..." I teased, making Mono sigh, jokingly annoyed.
"Nothing too sickly sweet though."

"So I can't call you my little wittle honey bunny baby boo?" I purposely put on the most irritating baby voice possible. Mono's facial expression physically retched as he turned to look disgusted at me.
"Please no."
"Muffin?"
"Mmm, no."
"Sweet pea?"
"Nah."
"Pumpkin?"
"Ehhh, nope."
"Jellybean?"
"Why are they all food related?"
"Maybe cuz you taste so nice." I placed my lips on his for a moment before pulling away to see his red face.
"I..." It took a moment for his brain to reboot. I laughed. Honestly he was so adorable.
"Sweet thing?"
"I-I'd prefer not to be called a thing."
"Sunshine?"
"Too... bright."
"That may just be one of the saddest things I've ever heard you say."
"You were the one who asked me out. You knew what you were getting into."
"You make a good point, however I don't regret the decision." I pressed a kiss to his temple. "Love bug or love dove?"
"Both cute, but I just don't feel them, yknow?"

"Darling?" I said. He stopped for a second, dropping his pen as his cheeks went red. "Do you like darling?"
"I-it's cute..." He muttered as he covered his mouth with his hand.
"Awweee, you're so adorable darling." I tightened my grip around his shoulders as he buried his red face into my arms. "It's funny sometimes how easy it is to make you blush and get all flustered."
"Shut up! Besides, I know how to get you flustered."
"And how do you do that?"

Mono unwrapped my arms from around him and stood up from his desk. He then picked me up and carried me for a bit before basically chucking me down on the nearby bed. He then stood over me, with his arms by my shoulders. I gulped, feeling my face heat up. He looked so hot from this angle-
"Like this." He said in a deep, raspy voice.
"Okay I get it!" I squeaked out. Mono laughed and moved from his previous position. I took a minute to let myself cool down after that.
"It's getting pretty late and we gotta get up for class pretty early tomorrow, so we should probably head to bed."
"Yours or mine?"
"Hmmmm... it was mine last night so we can do yours."
"Alright!"

After we got changed, we both snuggled up under the covers on my bed. We were lying down facing each other.
"Goodnight Seven."
"Goodnight darling." I said as I tucked some of his messy brown hair behind his ear. His cheeks went a bit pink before he leaned forward to kiss my lips. We held for a moment before pulling away and wrapping our arms around each other.

I could lie here forever, cuddling with my darling.
