Expect the unexpected (H. Yunjin x Reader)

For tonight

Third Person Pov:

The dorm set up was this, Chaewon and Eunchae, Sakura and Kazuha, You and Yunjin. There's 3 dorms so that's how it ended up working out. It's been about 3 weeks since you moved into the dorm.

You've grown comfortable and close with each other again but not as close as before, yunjin catches herself falling more and more in love with you everyday, finally being able to see your smile in person.

Hearing your laugh in person, it immediately bringing a smile to her face as she regrets ever letting you go. Recently you've been listening to 'For Tonight by Giveon', Yunjin also listens to it, over hearing it from your room.

The lyrics made her realize how in love she really was, so in love that every second of everyday it's you. Always you. She still talks to you as 'Jenny' but she also talks to you in person.

Yunjin has considered making a move but is too scared that you won't let her in, not again.

It's been a few months since then and all of your members have gotten really close, so yunjin has finally told someone about her feelings, Sakura. It was going to be chaewon but she decided on sakura instead. And here's how it went.

Yunjin Pov:

"kkura unnie.." "you wanted to talk, go ahead" "i like- no wait, im uh, in love with one of our members" "it isn't me is it?" "no" "who is it? why are you coming to me with this? why not chaewon?" "i thought you would be better at this"

"hm.. who is it? have you thought about dating them? do you know what it's like to be in a relationship with them? can they make you happy? can you make them happy?" And i just started answering without thinking.

"it's y/n? yes, yes, yes and maybe?" "how do you know?" "i.. dated y/n before" "oh? why did you break up" "an argument, i left korea without saying goodbye to her and blocked her, i regret it." "woah, asshole move, yunjin."

"i know, that's why i'm so scared to try again" "she forgives you right?" "yeah? i think? i hope?" "didn't y/n talk about having philophobia in produce 48?" She did, and i still broke her. I sighed but nodded, "how did you get her to date you?"

"i promised, and i broke it." "what the heck, i didn't expect you to be that kind of person" "i was immature, i wasn't thinking straight. She forgave me so easily i don't know how to like- i don't know."

"She might be scared to trust you again but in my opinion, be verbal about it instead of passive. She might not get it and think you're being weird or too friendly." "ah okay.. thanks unnie" "come back if you need more help, but that's all i'll say for now"

Y/n Pov:

Zuha, zuha, where's zuha? ah should i be talking to zuha about this? she isn't fluent in korean yet.. I feel the most comfortable with zuha though? Eunchae is too young- well not too young but i don't think i should talk to her about this.

What about kkura unnie? chaewon unnie? But im closest in age to zuha and yunjin, can't talk to yunjin about this.. who do i talk to?! It's either Zuha or Eunchae. We're all maknae line.. should i just talk to them both?

When yunjin has a concern she usually talks to the other two, maybe these are our designated therapy groups? I mean i'm fluent japanese so maybe i could tall to zuha about this? Eunchae and Zuha come to me with concerns too..

Zuha it is. I came into the dorm as yunjin and sakura came out of sakuras room, "hey" "hey, i didn't realize you left" "my bad, i didn't think you were awake" "it's only like midnight" "well yeah.. what're you doing here?"

"i wanna talk to zuha" "ah.. okay." She seemed anxious after i said i wanted to talk to zuha, why is that? i should be the nervous one, anyways, i knocked on her door as she opened it. "oh, y/n? what's up?"

"hey, i need to talk to you" "okay" Kazuha muttered before opening the door and telling me to come in, we both sat down on her bed. "i need your help" "mhm?" "i think i like yunjin" "oh? and youre coming to me with this?"

"well.. i feel the most comfortable with you" Kazuha just smiled and nodded, "i feel the most comfortable with you too, but why do you think that you like yunjin?" "hm, i guess we've been spending more time together i honestly think her charms have an effect on me"

"like?" "her voice, she's pretty and talented, you are too but like- it's different. do you know what i'm saying?" We started speaking in japanese as soon as we got on the bed so she could understand better.

She hummed, "is there anything stopping you?" "i've dated her before and it wasn't a good break up, she hurt me and broke my trust. I don't want to like her but i feel like i can't stop myself."

"if she hurt you and broke your trust.. i'm not sure if you should be liking her. maybe you should try something with someone else, if you still her.. i guess you can't stop yourself, you can't chose who you love."

Third Person Pov:

After talking about it for a while, kazuha just let you stay in her room, you wanted to go back to your dorm but it was too late, although it's only a 5 minute walk, it's cold and dark. So you stayed in there overnight.

You also offered to sleep on the floor or even the couch in the living room but she disagreed, you ended up sleep in the same bed, and the next morning.. let's say it was a surprise for both sakura and yunjin.

Seeing both of you sleeping in each others arms.
