"Why did you execute him?" King Jarvan asked his son harshly
"He was a traitor, father. He would help Noxians and other factions more than us."
"That doesn't mean anything. Even if he did help the others, that doesn't mean that he was a traitor. Is this all over the fact that he was involving himself with Noxians?" King Jarvan asked seriously.
"Yes father. He even struck up a relationship with LeBlanc, the Deceiver." Prince Jarvan spoke and his father was shocked.
"How is that a crime..."
"Well father, first off, he knows that Noxians are our main enemies. Secondly, he even snuck her into the castle and luckily, we caught them. Thirdly, he never tried to hang out with us."
"The last part doesn't make sense. And what happened after you caught LeBlanc? Did she try resisting?"
"No father, but she could've had something planned."
"LeBlanc is a cunning woman. If she was planning something, she would've done something already. More importantly, did you harm her?" King Jarvan asked with a cold stare.
"I was going to strike her down, but Yang took the slash for her. Don't worry though, father, Lux healed him. Afterwards, he begged me to let her go peacefully and was willing to lose all of his merits and accolades." Prince Jarvan spoke and his father was angered and saddened at the same time.
"Jarvan... he never once asked for anything. All he wanted was to be with the woman he loves. He is not one to fall prey to cunning vixens and traitorous schemes. You disappoint me. He was an exceptional person that rarely comes around. You killed an innocent person..." King Jarvan told his son coldly
"But father-"
"Silence. Where is his corpse right now?"
"In the city on a stake." Prince Jarvan spoke and no sooner did he say that did King Jarvan immediately punch his son in the face.
"HE DESERVES A PROPER BURIAL! HE WAS THE MOST LOYAL GENERAL AND WARRIOR WE HAD OTHER THAN XIN ZHAO!" King Jarvan roared with anger and contentment.
"My liege-" Xin Zhao started but the king raised his hand to stop Xin Zhao from continuing.
"Go back to the institution and reflect on yourself. I don't want to see you for now." King Jarvan told his son in a disappointed tone as he looked and walked away.
"Father-"
"GO!" King Jarvan yelled before his son obeyed and left sadly.
"My liege, are you okay?" Xin Zhao asked the king and wanted him to calm down.
