Melanie's P.O.V.

I sat in my dads living room with Meriah , Marcus , Matthew ,&& Keith ( my dad ). He flew us all out here because he said he had to talk to us about something important.

We've been sitting here for a while and no one has said anything. I feel like all of us are thinning what hell does he want and why are we here but neither one of us said anything.

" I'm glad you all could make it " My dad finally spoke up.

We still didn't say anything just a simple head nod.

" As you all know , After your mothers passing things has changed between you all and I. I have restored the relationships with some but not all of you. After I tell you all this I don't want you all to feel any different and I hope you don't get upset " He said with his head held high.

You could feel the mood change when he brought up our mothers passing. That's still a touchy subject for all of us because we all lived with her after her and my dad split.

My dad for up and went into the kitchen and came back out with this white woman who looks to be about my age. We all just stared at her as they sat down.

" This is my wife AnnaLynne " He said looking at her with a look in his eyes.

Hold Up.

Rewind.

And Start.

" This is your what ? " I asked making sure I heard him correctly I felt Meriah looking at me.

" This is my wife Melanie. She's your step mom , all of you guys's stepmom. " He said looking at me in my eyes.

The whole room was quiet. The tension was so thick you couldn't cut it with shit. Not one of us said a thing and you could see AnnaLynne getting uncomfortable because we were all mugging the shit out of her.

" I'm glad to be apart of your family now , I hope I can get acquainted with you all very soon. " She said smiling and we still just mugged her.

My dad started to shift in his seat an he cleared his throat. Matthew was bouncing his leg up and down mugging the shit out of my dad and AnnaLynne.

Marcus was slouched back with his arms spreaded over the top part of the couch and his legs wide open with his face blank. Showing no type of emotion.

Meriah had her head in her hands and you could hear her sniffing , so I guess she was crying. Her leg was bouncing up and down too.

I sat there looking at my father with disbelief as tears fell down my face. He sat here and brought up MY mom and her death and has the nerve to bring this bitch in here all cheesy and shit like he's not doing wrong.

" Aren't you all going to say something " He asked us looking at all of us.

" Your an Ass " Meriah said rocking back and forth with her elbows in her lap and her fists connected and on her mouth.

" Excuse me " My dad asked while raising an eyebrow.

" You cut is all of after mom died , hell even before that you disowned us and that's why she left your ass because you put everything before us. EVERYTHING your job came first before your kids and their needs. You showed up to her funeral late and left right after without saying a word to anyone. You never console is or ask how we're doing or how any of our kids are doing or ask matthew how's school going. You were never there for us daddy. Then out of the blue you pop up saying you have a wide that can't be no older than Hannah and expect us to be happy. " She said angry as hell and Marcus busted out laughing.

Matthew chuckled but I however found nothing funny with this situation. Yeah she said older than Hannah and Hannah is only 3 but now wasn't a laughing matter.

My dad stood up so fast and so did Marcus. AnnaLynne stood up and grabbed my dads arms and started whispering things to him even though her short ass couldn't reach his 6"4 frame. He sighed and sat down and collected himself.

" I have some more news for you all " He said after another moment of silence.

" AnnaLynne and I are expecting " He said smiling a bit placing a hand on her stomach.

" Expecting what " I asked mugging harder if it was even possible, they had my life so fucked up.

" A child Melanie , your little brother or sister. " He said sighing.

I laughed.

" You expect me to claim a motherfucking nigga trap ? No I will not. My kids shouldn't be older than my siblings. You are 45 daddy what the fuck ? You can get on all of our case about being pregnant and having sex and you got a bitch pregnant that's not even out of high school yet " I exclaimed making a Tf face.

He shot up and came over to me and his hand connected with my face so fast. I held my stinging cheek as the tears fell more. Matthew got up and tried to launch at him but Marcus grabbed him and took him outside.

" You know daddy, Before me moved I remember you would always get on me tough. Every little thing I did I got beat for it. But when Meriah did the same shit she got treated like a princess. Turns out the one you weren't so hard on ended up making all the wrong decisions growing up and the one you beat on followed the right track. Still today you treat me the same and I still don't understand why. I try and try to have a bond with you daddy and you still throw me in the trash. You can sit here and act like you were the perfect dad. Maybe to the rest but not to me. Fuck you and This child your bringing into the world with this little girl. I want nothing to do with any of you. " I said with a shaky voice as I practically ran out the door and went outside.

I seen Marcus and Matthew talking and I simply got in my car ignoring the calls I got from everybody including my dad and drove off toward my hotel room. Can life get any worse for me right now ?
