Resident Evil 3 X Male Reader (Third Play)

Prologue

For the past year, Y/N was back to his boring job he had to suffer everyday. However, even though he finished Resident Evil Village, Y/N still had the Wesker virus in him. He was still thrilled to have it but he kept his powers secret from everyone. Y/N had to purchase some shades to cover his eyes and to make an excuse about why he always has to wears them. 

Y/N hasn't played another Resident Evil game since then. He did tried going into other video game series such as Azur Lane, Senran Kagura or Devil May Cry to get it's weapons. Sadly, it didn't work the same like Resident Evil.

Today, he was at home, going to his console to start up another game. Since Y/N couldn't get into other game series, he was going to start up another Resident Evil game. This time, he was prepared to be transported into the game.

Y/N: "Okay, I'm pretty sure, I got what I need. A pistol, a shotgun, a first aid spray, the gatling gun, a badass trench coat I bought and lastly, my awesome powers. Yeah, I'm ready. Now let's go kill some zombies."

He put in Resident Evil 3 Remake and turned on the game.

Y/N: "It's hard to believe I want to go back into this."

Some part of him made him miss being into the games and interacting with the characters. Also he was getting really bored. He wonders how he'll do in this one with his new powers in him especially when he goes against Nemesis. 

The main menu of Resident Evil 3 came up and Y/N selected story mode. Then, he selected New Game.

Y/N: "I'll go for standard mode as always."

He selected standard and the game started loading. A minute later, the intro started playing.

The first thing that showed was live scenes that involved multiple police cars, fire trucks and news helicopter.

"This pandemic has spread faster than any disease in modern history."

Y/N: "It's amazing how this game came out on 2020. I mean a lot of crazy shit happened on that year."

"You need to disperse immediately!"

"Angry mobs roam the city, burning buildings-"

The next scene that was shown were clips riots in the streets and the city was burning.

"Authorities are bracing for more rioting tonight-"

"There are fires burning, there are people being beaten, there is looting-"

"He was knocked unconscious, he had severe lacerations all over his face."

"A city wide emergency has been declared."

Y/N: "Yep, the place is in chaos."

"The CDC has quarantined the lower mid-western region of the USA-"

The scene changes to an Umbrella facility.

"Commitment, honesty, integrity. these are the core values that create the foundation for Umbrella Corp. It's this foundation that will continue to build a brighter future for all of us."

Y/N: "Sure, whatever you say. You want to add the deadly virus you're making and the bioweapons too?" He replied, sarcastically.  

The next scene showed people working on a project. They were finishing creating a dangerous bio weapon that would soon awaken. As his eyes open, the title came up on the screen.

Y/N: "Ah, there's my worthy opponent. Let our battle be legendary."

The helicopter was about to take off as Umbrella staff were transporting the weapon inside it. The bottom of the container read, Code Name: Nemesis. Then the screen went black.
