005- It's not a date
(outfit at the top)
Over the course of the next couple of days, Eloise kept asking Valentina if she was aloud to go to Pascale's house. Her favourite Formula One driver was there and she couldn't believe it. Charles Leclerc. Ferrari driver. What the hell. The fact her babysitter was his mother. It blew her mind. Whenever Eloise went to Pascale's house, she would always talk about what all three of them did. They were yet to meet her youngest son, but have met the two oldest.
Due to Eloise going there more often, Valentina and Charles spoke more often. It would just be the occasional 'the weathers nice today' or 'how are you?' nothing to in depth. Any who, Charles is leaving in a couple of days to race in the first race of the season. It was in Bahrain and at the Bahrain international circuit. He was excited but nervous to say the least. That was understandable.
Pascale wasn't going to go to the first couple of races but would attend the Spanish one and a couple others later in the year. She would definitely be going to the Monaco one though, thats for sure. From Eloise and Valentina's apartment you are able to see the race. Its really cool.
For the Monaco one, she really hopes Charles will win it, well he is born and raised in Monaco. But they don't have to worry about that yet, since it is at the end of May, so three months away. But they all really want him to win it, or at least get on podium would be really good.
Valentina had went back to work, and once again Tom had asked her out. Now having a babysitter she was able to say yes. Obviously she would tell him that their relationship would never be a romantic one. Why? Well because she wasn't attracted to him. And there were probably a lot of other women who would love to go on a date with him. But hopefully after tonight he would stop asking her, as much fun as it has been.
She had called Genevieve to tell her she was finally getting out. Genevieve had flown back to France. The airport was full of her close family, Valentina and Eloise. It was a really sad day, but had to be done. They had all went to a restaurant the night before she left and it was really nice. Eloise didn't understand a lot of the stuff going on but Valentina could tell she was quite upset.
Anyhow, Genevieve was really happy she was going on a date even if it was a platonic one. But platonic or not, Valentina needed this. She needed to know what the dating world was like again after five years. She wants Eloise to have a father-figure in life. Its what Valentina wants for her. And he hopefully likes Formula One for her.
Their 'date' was at 7pm and she wanted Eloise at Pascale's house for 6:30pm, so she is able to get there a bit early and have a shot in the bar because she really needed it. Eloise didn't know she was going out with a man, Valentina didn't want her to know. It was easier that way.
She picked out a dress that went up to her mid-thigh. It was a plain black one that made her curves pop out. It had long sleeves and a v-line that showed a bit of cleavage. She let her hair rest down and just brushed it through. Her make up just consisted of; mascara, concelar, blush and lipgloss. She pared it with black heels with a strap that went up to her ankle and a plain black hand bag. Her jewellery was just a necklace, ring and a couple of bracelets. Nothing to amazing.
Eloise was very excited to see Pascale and Charles. They had said last time she went over, that they would have a game night the next time she came, to which she was very excited about. Eloise wanted to bring her favourite game, snap. Animal snap to be more precise. She could play it for hours and not get bored. She loves it.
