012- I missed you

Valentina and Eloise anxiously waited for Charles, his brother Arthur and Arthur's girlfriend Carla to arrive at the Pascale's house. They (Valentina) had bought two bottles of Chardonnay as a welcome home gift.

Pascale and Lorenzo have done their best to not say anything about the airport. And to be honest, it was becoming a bigger thing then it needed to be. Valentina was fine. And so was Eloise. And she didn't want to speak about it more.

Pascale have welcomed Valentina and Eloise into her house and family with wide arms. Due to Valentina's family living outside of Monaco it was hard for her to travel back and forward too see them.

And with Pascale it felt as if she has another family to take care off in a sense. She imagined Eloise as a grandchild. She missed having to take care of children. Which was why she as so open about babysitting. Once Genevieve mentioned it to her, she straight away said she would do it. No questions asked.

Although, taking care of a child is hard, it is also such an experience. And with Eloise, it almost felt like that again with Pascale. Of course she didn't over-step her boundaries. After all she was only a babysitter. But it felt nice.

And in all honesty, because Valentina's parents lived in Portugal she rarely saw them. And now with Pascale here, she felt like a motherly figure and Juliette would want that for her and Eloise.

Valentina had a talk with Eloise. She told her to be respectful to Charles and Arthur and not to cause any chaos there. Since Alesha, her and Carla would probably be talking to each other and Lorenzo and Pascale would want to catch up with Charles and Arthur, Eloise wouldn't have anyone to talk to. So she could just sit with Valentina.

After a while, Eloise was sat on the floor playing with some toys. And Valentina was mindlessly scrolling through Instagram. Both of their heads shot up when they heard he door knob rattle.

And as his usual self, Lorenzo made a 'Grand Entrance', which made Valentina and Eloise laugh. What was funnier was Pascale and Alesha who came from behind him and pushed him out of the way.

Charles came in and Eloise immediately ran over and hugged him, which he happily returned. Valentina got up from her seat and went to hug him too.

Charles looked up and she honestly looked gorgeous. His breathe was gone, and yet she still walked over, not knowing what she was doing to him.

"Charles, that was such a good race, didn't really understand a lot of the stuff happening though" She laughed.

"Thanks" Charles said laughing a bit with her. He opened his arms, letting her hug him. Little did he know, she was feeling the same. The unfamiliar feeling off her stomach being all twisted. She never felt this way towards Gabriel.

Her scent was Vanilla. His scent was Cinnamon. Each taking it in. His arms felt safe, as if she could stay there and nothing would happen. Her arms felt warm, welcoming, as if he could stay there and all his problems would be solved.

The two broke apart and just in time, Arthur and Carla came through the door, bags in hand.

"Oh my God! You much be Valentina. Wow, Charles your right, she is gorgeous." Carla says throwing her bags down and going to hug her. "He wouldn't stop talking about you" She whispered in her ear, making her lightly laugh. "And you must be Eloise".
