Louis was finally being released and he was almost going to miss the place. He was scared to leave. Not just the thought of going back home to have awkward conversations with harry but because Luke was so depressed.

Every since he was told of all the horrid things Ashton had done to Luke, he was angry. he knew as soon as he saw the curly haired abuser that he would tell him a few things. Even if that risked himself being punished.

He wanted to make it right for his new friend.

Niall called while he was in the hospital and they had a short conversation ending with Niall bursting into tears. The Irish lad was always overly sensitive.

"Promise me you wont say anything." Luke softly said as louis was packing up to go. harry was waiting patiently behind him, eavesdropping slightly. "please."

"Luke, i cant make that promise." he honestly spoke, "i cant just look at him and smile like before. not when he hurts others." he placed a hand on his shoulder before getting on his tip toes to hug him.

"Thank you for listening." Luke whispered, "it killed me to be the only one to know."

"Thank you as well." louis smiled, parting his back before taking Harrys hand and walking towards the elevator. Once they were inside, he released his hand and ran a hand through his hair. "When's the next time you're going to work?" He asked him.

"This coming Monday, why?"

"No reason." he hummed, rocking on his heels as he waited for the ding of the doors opening on their floor.

"What happened to all the plates?" Louis asked as he stared at the empty cabinets with a confused expression. He was making dinner for the both of them even if harry disagreed with it, wanting to move on from what he dealt with over a week ago.

"There will be some tomorrow." harry shortly answered, not taking his eyes off the screen of his computer. the clicking of his fingers pressing on the keys was beginning to annoy him, causing him to walk out of the room.

He hesitantly walked up the stairs, imagining the scene that happened before. his spine tingled with fear as he got closer to the door. he almost didn't want to go inside but he knew sooner or later he would have to.

He opened the wood doors wide, seeing the room as if nothing ever happened in it. the sheets were clean and softer than before, the room just looking spotless. a little too spotless.

He walked over to his drawer and ran his fingers over the lace that he wouldn't be wearing for a while. They were so soft and tickled his fingertips as he passed through them. they were neatly placed on top of each other, every pair looking like it just came out of the store.

"I wanted it to be perfect for you." Harrys voice said, startling him. He placed a hand on his chest as he let out a small laugh with his uneven breaths. "Its alright if you don't want to wear them anymore."

Louis blushed at him, playing with the end of his tail as he always did. "you wont be mad that we have to start all over again? With just simple kisses and the holding of hands?"

"I respect any decision you have." he smiled, taking his hand and entwining their fingers. "if you want to start slow, then fine. but be warned when we start messing around again that i wont go easy."

Louis giggled at him, placing a kiss on the pointy nose that he always made fun of mentally for his large nostrils. harry cupped his face and pressed their lips together, only giving him a short kiss.

Exactly what he needed.

"Dinner is ready." Louis whispered before taking his hand and leading him down the stairs. he rolled up the sleeves of his daddy's old college sweatshirt, tugging down the fabric of his briefs that kept riding up his bum.

Harry groaned since he was enjoying the view, blushing when louis turned around to give him a glance.
