The next morning, while leaving for school, Angel sees footprints on the snow. At school, the class was reciting the Pledge of Allegiance. Angel is constantly bullied by Griffin and his friends. First, Griffin throws a spitball at her during class, then at swimming lessons the boys are bullying a random girl who happened to be a classmate. The gym teacher saws and reprimands Griffin.
"Griffin! 10 laps, now!" Said the teacher
"I didn't do anything!" Said, Griffin
"Do it now! Or I'll make it 20" yelled the teacher.
Angel looks at him and smirks.
"Serves him right!" thought Angel
Griffin looks at her angrily and her smirk faded away. In the hallway after the swimming lessons, she gets cornered by Griffin and his boys.
"Hey, little girl.." Griffin said.
"W-what do you want with me?" Angel stammered.
"Why don't you swim?" Griffin asked
Angel had no words at that moment.
But Griffin replied, "Cause your a little girl. You don't want people to see you drown, like the little weak girl you are!"
The boys hit her with a towel and beat her up with their fists. They left laughing while Angel was found unconscious on the floor. After class Angel goes to the store to get some candy and sees a collection of knives, and decides to buy one.
Later in the evening, Angel uses the knife to hit a tree yard while practicing being threatening.
"Are you scared little boy.....HUH!? Now you know how I feel..." she said to herself. She got interrupted by someone who was talking behind her.
"What are you doing?"
She turned around to find a boy who was standing at the table behind her who was barefoot.
"Nothing," Angel replied.
"What are you doing?" she asked.
"Nothing," the boy replied.
"Just so you know...we can't be friends," the boy said.
"Why?" Angel asked.
"That's the way it is..." the boy replied.
The boy left, while Angel was confused and frowned at him. "Who said I wanted to be your friend!?" She yelled. "Rude..."
Angel goes back to hitting the tree. Some moments later, she sees Dave leaving the building while wearing all black and carrying a bag.
"What's he doing?" Angel thought
