SaneGiyuu: Wind and Water don't get along

PART 14: A CHANCE

Giyuu carries Sanemi all the way to the house.
It takes him hours, for the house was very far away and both of them were injured very bad.

"Are you okay Shinazugawa-San?"
Giyuu asks Sanemi.

"I'm fine... but, what about you?"

"I'm fine too." He replies.

By the time Giyuu reached there, Sanemi had fallen asleep.

Giyuu opens the door of the house and gets in. He slowly takes Sanemi to bed, and lays him on it.

"Sleep well! Shinazugawa-San." Giyuu whispers.

"Nn~ Fucking demon....I will kill you..." Sanemi mumbles.

Giyuu goes to take a bath.
He washes off the blood and stains from his body. He wears a new, clean white kimono left for him.

Giyuu comes out and walks into the young girl.

"I'm sorry!" She apologizes for walking into him.

"It's fine."
Giyuu notices a man behind her.

"It's the doctor." She told him.
"You two fought a demon yesterday, So I was asked to call the doctor for you to get better. You two got hurt, right?"
She added.

"Yes. Thank you!" Giyuu told them.
The doctor walked in.

"It isn't that serious but his throat is going to hurt when he talks due to the blood vomit. Tell him to have this medicine before going to sleep. This medicine works very fast so he should get better very soon."
Says the doctor pointing at Sanemi.

"Okay..." Giyuu looks at Sanemi.

"And about you, you're hurt too. I've put bandages on the damages. You'll have to change them occasionally so you get better soon."

"Okay, Thank you doctor!"

The doctor leaves.

Giyuu slowly lies down beside Sanemi.
He stares at his face, the eyes, the lips, Giyuu comes closer to Sanemi.
His heart starts beating fast.
He was feeling weird. This feeling.... wasn't familiar. This wasn't a feeling he would have for a friend but someone else.

What's with the sudden pressure on my heart? Staring at him makes me feel better. I....I don't understand...
Shinazugawa-San is suddenly so...
Nice?
Giyuu wasn't aware of what he was thinking.

But he did feel a blush on his cheeks and the tips of his ears.
Giyuu was continuously staring at Sanemi, who was fast asleep. A drop of blood starts dripping down Giyuu's nose. He was nosebleeding! Giyuu wipes his nose and turns around.
He too, slowly falls asleep, facing the opposite direction.

Later in the evening, Sanemi wakes up. Even exhaling was pain. He couldn't handle the continuous pain and gets out of bed. He looks at Giyuu who was sleeping beside him.

Tomioka looks so.... NO! NOTHING...
UGHH!!! what's with my stupid feelings....
Sanemi shakes his head.

Ughh! my heart...STOP BEATING SO FAST!!! DAMMIT...
Sanemi couldn't stop but think about Giyuu.

Sanemi pauses.

Why can't I openly think? Why can't I open up my feelings to myself?
Should I really give my feelings........
