Making a friend

Asuna's POV

I spent a few days in the hospital and sometimes I would play with Eugeo kun. One day my parents just decided that they wanted to meet Eugeo.

"Mom, dad, why are you just deciding to meet him now, I mean why didn't you meet him the first day when he saved me? "I asked.

" Well we wanted to wait until he recovered and show him our gratitude before you are discharged. " My dad said.

I looked at them in horror as I realized what those words mean. I am going to leave the hospital, leave Eugeo.

"Discharged." I repeated the words.

"Yes dear, this is your last day in the hospital. We haven't seen him because we have been busy with the business and we were also trying to connect with his parents. So we have to ask him somethings. "My mom said.

"what are you going to ask him." I asked feeling tears form up in my eyes at the thought of leaving Eugeo the way Kirito left me.

"We can't tell you that. Not after what happened with the whole Kirito thing. The doctors said we should not stress you. So we ask you to please forget about Kirito. We have being trying to cross the subject of Kirito for your sake so please move on. " My dad said.

The tears that were building up in my eyes fell off like a waterfall. When I think just days ago my best friend left me after we promised to be together.

"Please don't tell me that Eugeo is also leaving."

"Asu, if he leaves because of a family emergency, then don't get upset. I am sure he is a great friend. "Mom said with a half smile.

' friend. ' I repeated the words as tears dried up. I never really thought of having a friend again over the past few days when Kirito left. I didn't want to get hurt again especially since I don't know him that well.

My parents stroke my hair gently and I soon drifted off to sleep.

Eugeo's POV

I woke up due to a knock on the door. "Come in." I said with a soft voice.

"Hello young man." A woman said with a man following her through the door.

" Umm, hello. "I said.

" Well, you might not know us but our daughter talks so much about you. And we are thankful that you saved our daughter. "The woman said.

" Oh you must be Asuna's parents, it is a pleasure to see. I am Eugeo Yujio. " I said.

" Oh , so you are from the Yujio cooperation. Nice to meet you, I am Lila Yuuki and this is Leon Yuuki , we are from the Yuuki cooperation."The Lila said.

Wow, Yuuki Cooperation, that is the biggest cooperation in the world. It owns the biggest hotels in the world. It also owns the biggest weapon manufacturing company.

When Asuna said her name, I didn't really pay attention. In my family we are taught about every big cooperation in the world.

I am seven years but I know almost everything about a business. Now I want to learn how to fight and have my  own spy company. I want to make my powers and become stronger. My family power is air(wind). But the Yuuki family's elemental power is not known at all by anyone.

"Yes my family is from the Yujio cooperation but it does not compare to the Yuuki cooperation. You are the largest cooperation in the world.And also you don't have to thank me for anything, Asuna's kindness and personality is what makes me wanna save at anytime."

" So you knew her before?" Lila said next to the very quiet Leon. Damn he looks scary.

"No I didn't, I just saw her running towards the road with tears in her eyes. Then I saw a car speed up , as she stood still like she was paralyzed and I knew she couldn't think straight and she wouldn't be able to run to safety. So my body just moved on its own and before I knew it I pushed her and I was unconscious." I said to the couple.

" Well thank you, nothing we do can repay you kindness. You saved our only child and heiress." Leon finally talked. His face finally relaxed. He then left the room and then what seemed like minutes, he came back. He nodded to Lila and I was left completely lost.

Lila look back at me and said "So, how would you feel about living with Asuna?" 

It took a whole minute to process her question. What live with her, that is what I wanted but my family.

"Thank you but my family-" I stoped as Lila interrupted me. "Don't worry we just spoke to them and they said yes. We are going to a long business trip and we don't want to leave our daughter just after her best friend left her. She thinks everyone is going to leave her alone. So we want to leave her with you because you seem to be the closest friend she has right now. "

When did they talk to my family? Then I remembered Leon getting out. He must have talked to my family at that time. But if they agreed then it is completely fine with me. I have never met someone who is so caring and kind like Asuna. If I can be her friend and stay with her I am completely fine with it.

"Okay then I would love to stay with her. When are you going to return from your trip?" I asked.

"Oh, well we don't know just yet but we might be gone for some years."  Leon said avoiding eye contact.

WHAT! Years, they are leaving their daughter for years.

"Oh, okay." I said.

"We shall talk to her about it." Lila said as they went towards the door. "Have a good day." They said simultaneously as the went out the door. "

This is going to be exciting.
