May you never know

One moment turn your anger into rage and now you're back to 2021,

With you on the bedroom floor physically trembling from all that anger.

Using that anger on your body to silent it down,

Drink cans of monster,

Skipping your meals,

After all the flashback,

And tormenting,

Nothing is worth losing your anger to,

Not yourself,

Not your sanity,

Nor your dignity.

Please take care of those around you,

You may never know.
