Chapter 1 the meeting.

-your friends texted you earlier that day and wanted you to come to an abandoned city with them, you agreed and now you are in the car on the way there-

"Hey Y/N what song do you wanna listen to next!?" Kelly asks you. "Hm.. I'm not sure.. let's just use your playlist!" You reply.. "Girls! We are almost there!" James tells you and Kelly

~A couple minutes later~

The car stops in front of a rusty fence "wow... this place looks very sketchy.." you say. "Don't be a wimp Y/N.." Kelly says jokingly. You laugh a little bit "oh shush!" Everyone begins to walk up to the fence and climb over it into the abandoned city. Once everyone was over the fence they all started exploring.
"Hey guys...? I think there is something over there.." Kelly said nervously. Everyone looks over to where Kelly was pointing, everyone watched the rocks wiggle. "Y/N! You go check!" Kelly cried "WHAT?! Why me..?" "..please? I think you're the bravest one here!" She cried again. You sigh with annoyance,"fine.. I'll look.." you walk over to the wiggling rock and push it over a little bit. You gasp at what you find, a little crow with a red eye that glistens in the light. "Oh.. it's just a crow..? It looks like.. a stone statue..?" You say as you turn around to see that Kelly and James aren't there. "Guys..? Where are you?.." you look around and find the crow is gone. Your heart starts racing in fear.

-you wandered around more trying to find your friends for about an hour-

A voice appears from behind you causing you to jump in shock "Hello there!.." the voice announces "AHH! WHA-? WHO..?" He covers your mouth with his hand "shhh... my name is Karl.. don't panic sweetheart.." Karl says with a soothing tone. He releases his hand from my mouth "what's your name darling?~" he looks at you waiting for a response with a grin. "Uh.. my name is Y/N.." he comes closer to you so he can pick you up. "Why don't you come with me for now.. it's getting cold.." he says while holding onto your body in his arms. You couldn't help but blush lightly from this.

He takes you back to a very familiar spot, the spot you found the crow.. "this is the place I like to hang around for the night.. I also have blankets for guests.." he said still smiling in a calm tone. "Thank you for helping me tonight Karl.. it means a lot to me right now.." you say with a relaxed smile. "You're welcome darling! I can't just leave you there alone.." you look at him a little confused on what he meant by that, you shrug it off and decide to ask Karl if there's any food. "Hey Karl..? Do you have any food I could eat..?" He gets up an replies with, "I have some canned soup if that works for you" he still smiling.. you feel a little nervous because of the sketchy area.. but Karl is so kind.. but my instinct tells me otherwise.. you don't tell him of course, you just eat your food silently and wait for him to start a conversation.
After 5 minutes of eating she notices something..
Why wasn't he eating anything..? And why does he have a large scar on his face..? "Is there something wrong?" He asks taking you out of deep thought. "Oh.. uh! I'm okay! Just daydreaming!" You say quickly "ah! I love daydreaming! It's so fun! Do you like daydreaming?" He still smiles widely "yeah I do.. but.. what's with the scar and why aren't you eating?" He continues to smile but looks at you a little shocked. "Oh! I'm not hungry! And for the scar, I fell down many stairs!" He says still grinning at you. You feel a little awkward about what he said about his scar, you don't believe him. But you don't mention anything. "Well thanks for the soup Karl..!" You smile "you're welcome darling!" He smiles wider, creeping you out a little bit.

You both talk for a little while longer to get to know more about each other

After some talking you start feeling nauseous and tired. "I-I don't feel very well.." you collapsed into Karl's arms. "K-Karl..? Am I okay..?" You ask him while he looks down at you with a small smile "yes Y/N.. you are okay.. you just need some sleep!" He lies you down on a comfortable surface so you can sleep easily. You slowly start falling asleep with Karl watching over you to make sure nothing hurts you while you sleep. "Sleep tight darling~"
