WARREN: 'what happens when you fall head over heels for the only real friend you've ever had?' well, you get this adrenaline rush, this ultimate high of serendipity. you become so accustomed to that one person; the feeling is strong, the feeling is scary and overwhelming. but in the end, it's so so worth it.
IRIS: having someone like warren around was one thing i will forever be grateful for. he changed and saved me in a way i could never imagine. there's a difference between finding a man who makes you happy, and finding a man in the form of a best friend who saves your life and helps you find who you are. and that was warren. my saving grace, even after all of the ultraviolence.
