Regigigas can be found at Mt.Stratus, its location is at the place with a waterfall, but not with the guy practicing his dojo that gave you a Timburr, when you climb the waterfall you can see the cave of Reggie, if you have already battled the three Reggies you may come to the middle stone and a cave will open there would be Regigigas.
