DRDT CHP 2 EP 6-8 SPOILERS!

ROSE POV:

Did we really expect things to be so calm? After the class trial, we really thought we could just go back to being all friendly, didn't we? Now, things had just gotten intense, really intense. And I thought last time was bad, this time, it's way worse. I never realised how chaotic everyone could be. Someone's dead. Now what do we do?

I thought I could just go see what Nico's up to, but I'm not too sure how safe it would be. They're probably investigating anyways. Besides, after finding out that they attempted to murder Ace, I'm not too sure who to trust anymore. Well, I know one person I can trust: Hu, obviously. Hu's a really nice person. She's nice to everyone, actually, and that's what I like about her. I want to be with her, but she's investigating Arei's body, right?

That's another thing I like about Hu. She's so calm about many things. She's very supportive and she knows what role she has to play when doing things, and she always stays on task. She's always so determined when she's doing things like, well, investigating a body, and I look up to her for that. It's something I can't do, because...

Well, I just can't see another body, not after last time. Ever since Min and Xander's death, I've been getting nightmares that haunt me constantly, and they won't go away. If only I was able to do something, but...

"Rose? What are you doing?"

I heard a soothing voice near me. I wasn't looking straight, so I didn't see them, but I obviously knew who it was.

"There's nothing I can do Hu. I don't want to look at Arei's body, not after last time. I know, you probably want me to draw the crime scene with my photographic memory, right? I'm sorry, I guess I won't be that much help this time..."

I slowly lifted my head up, tears slowly swelling my face. I saw Hu, looking at me with a sympathetic look on her face. I already know what she's going to say, but I want to listen to her voice anyways.

"I completely understand. Please don't worry. I'm done investigating anyways, why don't we come to my room and we can talk about everything. Does that sound nice to you?"

She grew a warm smile, which made my cheeks brighten with a light pink.

"Of course, that sounds nice."

I took her hand and pulled my self up. She led me to her room. Hu is always so understanding, I feel safe around her. I never thought I'd ever say that about someone. She's also really good at comforting.

Hu's... perfect. She's perfect.
