Matt's POV

The week has passed everything was normal at least for Anette and Nathaniel. I still have the nightmares but other than that I was Ok!

Anette was doing great in class having Nathaniel by her side was a good thing, he help her a lot, I still giving her tutoring but we end doing other things if you know what I mean.

We been on a lot of dates and we take her niece Amelié with us, people ask us if she was our daughter which makes me laugh and think about my future with her. The little fella will be a great friend to Holly my little cousin.

Things between me and Anette are more than great, we act like a couple and everything outside college, but inside college I'm arrogant and a jerk to her giving her detentions and when I went further she always reply "You have to asks me properly soldier." And that's what I'm doing now preparing her a surprise to finally call her mine.

I took my two dogs on the room they always stay, I been staying here more than my apartment, I hope Anette like dogs I never tell her I have a German Shepard "Soldier." and an Alaska Husky "Lucky".

"You guys have to stay here for a while ok buddy?" They howl, I place they food on the floor ruffling their head and smile. Then I went to my room and change into GYM shorts, white and red T-shirt that said 'Wildcast' and a Varsity Jacket with the # 14 with my last name on the back and the letter C on my left arm. After that I went downstairs to find Anette entering the house.

"Hey love. You look beautiful."

"Don't hey love me mister, you called me Vanessa? You kiss me then left why? And who is Ash and Dylan?" She is hot when she get mad. I still can believe she still thinking in that is been what? A week? When I called her that.

"Did I ever tell you how hot you look when you get mad?"

"I know what you are doing so don't distract me Strafford. It won't work your sweet charm this time to get out of things."

"What about if we play a baseball game and I explain you later?"

"I don't know how to play and I'm not dressed for a game and since when did you play sport?"

"I teach you and I have clothes upstairs on my bed go change and since I was little." she walk past me and went upstairs a few minutes later she came dressed in red short and a white T-shirt and her short blond hair was tied in a high ponytail.

"Ready?"

"Yea but still doesn't know how to play." I stop her.

"Come on I give you a free piggyback." she laugh but do as I said. Then I walk into the back garden were we gonna play. She gets off of my back then look at me.

"So what's the plan?"

"Ok firts Getcha Head In The Game, second we going to play catch and after that we play for real." She have a confuse face that makes her look so cute. I kiss her cheek making her blush in the process.

"What? The head in what?"

"That's an old saying back at my old school. I play basketball you could say I was the start of the team, the clothes I'm wearing is the one I used back then."

"How could you still fit in those clothes?" I shrugged.

"How many sports do you know?"

"Basketball, Baseball, Tennis, Golf, hockey, surf, Football (British) and little bit of American Football."
