As the sun rose, the gang's flight landed at the John F. Kennedy International Airport. Everyone was relieved to finally be off the plane, especially Tomo, who had 1. clogged the airplane toilet out of boredom, 2. watched the entire in-flight movie selection, and finally eaten 26 bags of complementary airplane peanuts.
Osaka was amazed at everything around her. Wow, a whole new country to explore, she thought.
"I sure hope one of you guys did well in English class, because I can't speak a lick of it." Kagura said, observing the many signs in the airport which were clearly in English.
"Look you dummy, they have it in Japanese right here!" Tomo replied, pointing out the small Japanese text underneath the English text.
"I guess you're right, but they ain't gonna have English everywhere smartass."
Even though they hadn't seen each other for many months, Kagura and Tomo still argued like they were best friends.
"I mean, how the hell are we supposed to order food and stuff?" Kagura asked.
"We can just get Chiyo chan to do it for us! She's super smart, and since she goes to university here there's no way she's not fluent by now..."
Tomo and Kagura's attention was quickly turned to Osaka, who beckoned them to look up.
"Guys, there she is!"
The group looked up to see Chiyo-chan standing several feet away from them, with a well dressed man standing beside her.
"Chiyooo!"
Osaka ran to Chiyo and gave her a big hug.
"I've really missed you a lot, Chiyo." Osaka said.
"I've missed you too Miss Osaka!"
Chiyo flashed a cute smile, which melted Osaka's heart.
"How's university in America Chiyo?" she asked.
"It's very fun! I don't know much about universities in Japan, but I think they're pretty different."
"The university was very excited to accept a junior-high age student, they all call me a prodigy!""Wow, I hope to be as smart as you someday Chiyo."
Chiyo giggled.
"Chiyo, who's that?" Tomo blurted out.
"Oh, this is my butler, Danny. My parents hired him to take care of me in America!"
"Daniel Gallagher, at your service." The butler said, taking a bow.
The group oohed and ahhed.
"I wish I had a butler." Kagura said. Danny chuckled.

Chiyo led the group to a large limousine that was parked outside of the airport.
"Here's my limo, get in everyone!"
"You can drop off all your luggage at the hotel, and then we have a few plans for today."Being the last one to get in, Sakaki stopped to speak with Chiyo.
"Thank you, Chiyo. You really didn't have to do all this for us." she said.
"Don't worry about it, I wanted our reunion to be fun! It's no problem, really."
Sakaki nodded and sat down in the limo. Danny started the engine, and the gang drove off into the heart of New York city.
