Annabeth

I woke up to my alarm clock blaring next to my ears. I turned around and sighed.Anyone who keys drooling on me. I shook him which made his grip on me tighter. Only then did I realise that his hand was on my hip.

I rolled my eyes and pulled myself off the bed, pushing his hand away. I went to the other side of the bed and tried to wake him up. HE WOULDN'T BUDGE. An idea suddenly popped in my head.

I turned to the other side so that my back was to Percy, "Oh! Hey Chiron!" I exclaimed, talking to the imaginary Chiron in the imaginary Iris-Message. I had a sneaking suspicion that he was only half-asleep and that he could hear me.

"What? I have to come back to camp?" I exclaimed, though at the same time trying to control my laughter, cause I could hear Percy turning in the bed. "But-" I stopped cause I felt two arms on my waist.

I turned around only to be met with Percy. And not his face, his freaking collar-bone. Ugh! Curse Percy.(Well not really, I didn't want him to be cursed.) Curse the stupid god of heights or something. Why did Percy have to grow taller than me? I liked being the taller one. And now he was a good 'one face' taller than me. I couldn't even look at his face without lifting my head. It was frustrating. That-

"Annabeth.." Percy's whine broke through my trail of thoughts.

I looked at his face and almost fell down laughing. He had just seen behind my back and finding that there was no iris message, he had realised he had been fooled.

"Annabeth. That's not fair. Can't a guy even sleep peacefully?" He whined, pouting.

"Nope! Not when you have school." I laughed.

"Humph! You're evil." He said, crossing his arms across his chest.

I just patted his shoulder and laughed saying, "Ya well...Just get ready for school darling." I laughed once more and walked away to shower as Percy slumped back down on the bed.

I got out of the shower and saw Percy putting some books in a bag. Looks like he's finally contributing to his studies. I mentally chuckled.

Just at that moment Percy saw me and walked over. He came towards me, smiled, kissed me on the cheek and walked into the bathroom,and walked into the bathroom, grabbing a towel from his closet nearby. I did not know what the kiss was for but sure..I shrugged.

I grabbed a peach coloured crop top with spaghetti straps and a pair of jeans. After wearing that, I looked at the time. 7:30. Okay, so I still had some time.

Just then I heard the door to the bathroom open and Percy casually walked out wearing ONLY a FREAKING towel, that too hung low on his torso.

He looked in pretty good shape for someone who hadn't gotten out of bed for three days, being sick. I could clearly see the outline of his eight-pack abs and his muscular hands. Okay Annabeth. Focus. Stop staring. As I thought that, a small blush, I'm sure, showed on my cheek. I turned away just as Percy turned towards me, as I saw through my peripheral vision.

"Like what you see?" He asked me. I could practically HEAR his smirk from behind my back.

"What?!" I turned to him, seeing,as I thought, him smirking at me. My eyes widen, "What are you saying?" I asked him, very aware of the heat rising to my cheek.

"Tsk tsk! Don't worry. You don't need to answer. Your face says it all." He smirked again. "And that expression you had when you looked at me was priceless. Never thought I'd see THE ANNABETH CHASE in such a knot." He started laughing. I blushed even more.

"Shut up!" I mumbled, embarrassed. Once again, he laughed.

"Just shut up and get dressed will you?" I shouted, blushing even more than before if that was possible. My face probably looked like a tomato right now.
