Robin has stopped at the convenience store before making his way to her house, spending all of his spare pocket money on drinks and sweets. He hoped she liked them.

In all honesty when she had first invited him round he was ecstatic, yet the more steps he took to her house he grew more and more nervous. I mean, it's the first time he had stayed over.

But he brushed them aside once he was in front of her door, knocking three times as usual. He straightened himself out as she opened the door, holding up the bag in his hands with a proud smile.

"I brought presents!"

Around an hour after Robin had arrived, they had moved to the couch where they were currently watching some kind of horror movie with Robin's snacks just lay out around them. Carmen had no idea what it was, only that it scared the hell out her. Perhaps that was Robin's plan in the first place because she was now clinging onto him with her head hiding in his neck. By this point the movie was just background noise to how loud his heart was beating. He was never this nervous around her. Why now?

As the movie came to an end she let out a sigh of relief, turning the tv off and facing Robin.
"That movie was stupid." She complained, turning so she could spread herself out along the couch with her legs on his lap.
"Not my fault you hate scary movies." He replies with a laugh.

"Robin?" She asks gently, still focused on stretching out her limbs.
"Hm?" He replies slightly dazed.
"I wanna go somewhere." His eyes snapped up to here in confusion. It was dark out and not many places were open.
"What were you thinking?"
"Park?" She says with hopefulness in her voice, they hadn't really done much since they became a couple and it felt like the right time.
"Let's go, mi amor." He smiles brightly and takes her hand in his, pulling her up and throwing his hoodie at her claiming it was too cold outside. which yes, that was true but he also just loved seeing her in his clothes.

So once she had pulled it on they were making their way down the dimly lit street, Carmen holding onto his arm since she found it more comforting than just holding hands. She watched as he spoke about random things, he looked so focused and excited when she listened and watched him. It made her feel all giddy inside when he caught her eye and began to blush slightly.

Yet that moment came to an end as they arrived at the park, Carmen excitedly running ahead and hopping on one of the swings. Robin just watched with a smile until she practically forced him into the one next to her, not minding if it made her happy.

Once she had started swinging she wished she had brought a hair band with her, as as she went back the wind blew her hair on her face and she felt as though she looked a mess.
That was until Robin stopped her swing and took a hair band off his wrist, holding it out for her to use.
"I stole one from your room a while ago. Thought you'd end up needing it." He spoke with a sheepish smile, blushing when her hand brushed his as she took it and tied her hair back. She loved that she had that effect on him. The Robin Arellano was still a blushing mess when it came to Carmen Gomez.

As the night drifted the two teens just had fun acting young again. Pushing each other down the slide or seeing who could get the highest on the see-saw. By the time they had gotten home they were both shivering but laughing and making jokes with each other, going straight upstairs to her bedroom.

Now you would think that she would worry about the potential 'grabber' trying something whilst they were out. But to be honest, she hasn't even thought about him since Robin arrived. Just his presence that night kept her occupied from all her worries. To her, that meant a lot. That he made her feel safe and protected when he was near. Perhaps even loved.

She went into the bathroom to change into her pyjamas and brush her teeth, coming back out in Robin's hoodie and some shorts. He smiled and whispered in her ear as he walked past to change as well,
"You look good in my hoodie."

She immediately began to blush and turned to look at him as he closed the bathroom door, smiling to herself and taking her makeup off in the mirror. She was comfortable enough around him for that. She settled herself in her bed by the window and left the other side for Robin. He came back in, in a slightly oversized t-shirt with joggers which he looked way too good in. She pulled back the duvet for him as he dove in next to her, pulling her close by her waist which sent her into a fit of giggles. One leg over his waist and her arm draped over his chest.

He looked down at her with a soft gaze, kissing the top of her head as she rested it on his chest, slowly falling asleep.

That was the best night's sleep she had gotten in a long time.

so hope u enjoyed and pls don't be scared to comment cuz i love it 😻

also i think i'm gonna decide on aging them up to robin being 16 and carmen being 15 turning 16 if that makes sense? they won't be doing much mature stuff but it just feels right for them to be older.
