As Meghan was being taken to the medical room her husband followed the doctors, now crying and shaking while he stepped forward. Daisy dived into room 27 obviously trying to look for some clues. I tip toed in after her, being extremely cautious, while Daisy went rampaging around the room like an elephant in a tiny cage. " Boys. I need you two to go to the medical and check the body. We need to know everything for this case." Daisy gave clear instructions to George and Alexander.
"We are not part of the Detective Society Daisy. You can't boss us around but on this occasion we shall go check the body." Daisy glared at George while I looked at Alexander who , like me, hated dead bodies squirm at the thought of going to see it.
"Oh, buck up Alexander! You are exactly like Hazel! Too squeamish around dead bodies." Daisy was not impressed at how Alexander hated dead bodies yet she didn't mind that much about it when it came to me being squeamish. The boys headed to look at the body while me and Daisy hunted down clues. "Hazel you check anything underneath the window and I'll search above that."
"Ok." I got on my knees and looked under the bed. There was a small box behind a pair of slippers. It was painted pink and had 'Meghan' written on the top. I pulled from under the bed when I spotted something else. It was quite hidden in the mess of this room ( there were piles of clothes and bags placed everywhere.) but I spotted a piece of folded paper, carefully folded I half.
"Daisy! I have found two very interesting things!"
"Ooo. Wonderful Hazel! Put them in your satchel so we can look at them in our room. And I have also found some interesting things. All excellent motives for some people I've found!" We slipped out of the room and I quickly noted the room number, 27, and what time I had heard the scream. We saw George and Alexander coming up the stairs and they rushed up to us.
"We have some interesting news on the body although Alex was rather squeamish around it."
"I bet we have better information then you! Since we are the better detective society!"
"Ha! You wish Daisy Wells. I don't think that's true."
"Oh shush! Detective Society meeting in me and Hazels room." I got my case book and clutched my satchel. There was important evidence in there. I sat down on my bed and opened my case book. Alexander sat next to me while Daisy, sitting opposite me on her bed, glared at him . George sat himself on the floor taking one of Daisy's pillows and sitting on it. Daisy gasped in rage but he just stuck his tongue out at her.
" So first I will tell you what me and Daisy found in room 27." I opened my satchel reviling the pink box and piece of paper. " I found the box underneath the bed and this piece of paper on the floor. I haven't looked at either of them."
" We'll then Hazel why don't you open the box?"
"All right." I opened it and saw a marriage certificate ,jewellery and a cloth bag carefully wrapped in ribbon.
"What's in the bag?" Asked Alexander. I carefully opened it and gasped at what we found.
