Inside was a picture of a young boy with black hair and lots of freckles. There was also a little diary that had many pages turn and stained with tears. I showed everyone the picture. "Why! Isn't that the hotel porter? What was his name, Anubis Castellin!"
"Why Alexander I think your right! That is the first smart thing I have heard you say in a loooong time." I glared at Daisy and she rolled her eyes muttering something under her breath. I turned the picture over and I saw, in small scribbled writing, ' my love Anubis'. I opened the diary. On the first page there wasn't a date but there was a entry. It said:
Today Anubis acted horribly! I couldn't get to sleep because of that wretched boy. I might have to kick him out soon! Honestly and love won't do anything about it since he's too busy with work! If I ever get the chance I will leave him somewhere. He doesn't deserve to be part of my family!!

I shivered at how horrid this Meghan was being. And to think she would leave her own son! Why I felt like there was no need to feel sorry for her death. "Hazel remember to get this all in your casebook. We can not miss anything out!!"
"Don't we need a suspects list first?" I asked. We always needed to know our suspects.
"Alright then. George and me will try to find the suspects while you a d Alexander try to find more clues in this Megan's room and try to track down Anubis." We all nodded and Daisy and George headed off while me and Alexander where left alone.
" I guess we should head of to room 24 then." Alexander said , breaking the unpleasant silence.
" Yes I guess we should get going." I grabbed Alexander's hand and we headed to room 24.
