Once upon a time, there was a rich man named Christopher.  He cared about others and was always nice despite being pushed around. One day he and his two brothers, Anpu and Ahimoth, made a plan to get the seven powers of the souls, or as he called it, the trait of leadership." "Oh, look at the time," Alder said, closing the book. "It's time for bed!"

                                                                                                  The battle

March 1st 2022

With the ground damaged and blood all around him, Kris sprints out of the school to the nearest bunker.  He may be scared, but he knows what to do. Turning the corner, he's far more nervous about seeing his friends. Casey, Kaylah, and Elliot.
"What are you guys doing here!" Kris yelled, trying to keep running yet still slowing for the others
"Observing," Kaylah, a white-eyed blond hair girl said, said with her voice shaking.
"Which is just a fancier word for watching," Casey, a white-eyed brown hair girl, joked.
Kaylah shot her a glance, then continued. "I've noticed a pattern in the demon attacks," She said, "If it continues then we could find a way to help the legends! We're OBSERVING if they keep on the pattern."
Almost as soon as she finished talking, Elliot, a white-eyed brown hair boy,  pushed Casey, causing her to fall, "What was that for!?" Casey yelled. *Bing* A sword inches from her dark brown hair, and by extension, her head hit the wall. "I think it's best if we find a new hiding spot," Kris said as Casey got up. They all nodded in agreement and ran to find somewhere. They ended up near Kaylah's mom's house, causing Kaylah to tremble before Elliot comforted her, and Kris looked for better places to hide.
"I'm sorry for pushing you," Elliot said guiltily, standing near Kaylah as she balanced observing the fight and trying not to freak out.
"It's okay man," Casey responded, "You kinda saved my life, and besides, who chucks swords anyway?" Kris, a white-eyed brown hair boy, and Elliot chuckled, then Elliot nodded and drew his attention back to Kaylah, who was still studying the demon's movements and looking down at her notes. They weren't exact, but they were close, very close.
Casey had started keeping guard, it would be stupid to risk Kaylah being wrong and another attack coming with them still underprepared. Just to be sure, she pulled out her pocket knife. Kris seemed to understand, so he started observing the battle while preparing for a possible attack. Kaylah, after looking at her notes and observing the battle for what had to be the 100th time, spoke a simple sentence, "They're the same."

                                                                                                    Chapter two
                                                                                              The battle of truth
"Are you sure?" Elliott asked, "They could be trying to throw people off guard."
"I'm aware of that, but it has been almost exact to my notes," Kaylah said.
Before anything else was said, Casey noticed a demon running toward the group and jumping in front of them. With her knife in hand, she stabbed the demon in the chest, and Kris once again signaled for the group to run.
As they ran, another demon walked behind the stabbed one, who was suffering, but not dead. The new one helped her friend get to the base. As she did so she looked behind her back, seeing the group run away, yet doing nothing to stop them.

The group made it to Kaylah's home bunker using the code.
"I'm so sorry," Kaylah said, "I found a group of kids from my school it would be horrible to keep them out there right?" Kaylah's Mom, Linda, came rushing toward her soon as she heard her daughter's voice,
"We were so worried about you, honey." She said, "I'm so happy to see you safe and sound." She looked toward the rest of the group, then back to her daughter, "Kaylah, would you please bring our guests into the guest room?" She asked politely. Kaylah nodded and walked them to their room.
