You look at the range, then step onto the scale. 

if your even just a little over the average weight, you feel fat.

you look in the mirror, the mirror that distorts your body into something it's not.

you try to workout, doesn't work.

you try to change your eating habits, doesn't work, you just return to your old ways.

how else can you get to the desired weight?

how can i look like the other girls?

nice thighs, flat stomach, no face fat.

there's one option left.

you eat 2 things a day. you try that for a few weeks. 

results dont come in fast enough.

you eat 1 thing a day for a few weeks.

takes too long.

you eat nothing.

for weeks.

your stomach gets flatter, thighs are thinner, you lose muscle in your bones, your hair slowly begins to fall out.

i got what i dreamed of,

but at what cost?

I AM IN NO WAY TRYING TO PROMOTE ED'S! Please do NOT starve yourself. There are better, healthier, and safer ways to achieve your dream weight, and even if you don't, your body is beautiful just how it is. ED's can kill you and will not make it better. 

Under eating can cause:

- Hair loss

- Skin issues

- Higher chance to become ill

- Becoming extremely tired

- Constantly being cold

- Impaired growth in youth

- Depression

- Constipation

Over all, it's just not worth it. 

Please dont resort to starving yourself.
