Mia's P.O.V
The ray of sunshine woke me up in my car. I didn't even realise that I fell asleep in it and my back was killing me. I yawned opening my eyes to see the ocean in front of me.
I don't want to go home. I don't want to pick up where i left off with everyone back home. In fact i just don't want to face anything or do anything about whats going on in my life. I sighed leaning back in my seat.
Its now or never.
Ames P.O.V
"What?!"
"Don't talk to me with that tone."
"I'm sorry. What did you say?"
My mother sat across from me. Her face plastered with frustration but yet pleased?
Instead of replying she took out an envelope from her purse and slide it through the table in front of me. I was confused and i turned to her with a questioned look.
"What's this?"
She just gestured to open it and so i did.
The envelope contained two keys and a few paper work. I quickly scanned the papers and I had to re read it again.
"You can't be seriously." I looked at her in disbelief.
"It's already done."
"Why?"
"We'll talk again later when your father returns, ok?"
I closed my eyes in frustration. They keep on hitting me with every day with another surprise or should i say another problem to add to the list.
"Fine."
What the fuck am I going to do now?
Mia's P.O.V
I pulled up to my house, dreading the fact that i have to go inside.
But when I walked inside, people were carrying boxes outside. What's going on?
I ran up the stairs to where i was hoping to find my father. But as usual, it was empty.
"Your father's at the office" I didn't have to turn around to know who it was.
