Mia P.O.V
I was enjoying such a warm cozy sleep until I felt someone roughly shaking me. Being stubborn and lazy, I just shook it off. But it happened again and I started to whine and pulled myself away.
"Wake up!" I knew who it was but what the hell? "Get the fuck up!"
I lazily sat up and shaking like a little girl throwing a tantrum.
"Why?!" I said halfway through to crying. He just had to wake me up when I felt so comfortable. "What do you want?" I yelled.
Sean stared at me like I was a joke. He cleared wasn't joking around but a caught a hint of amusement in his eyes. Bastard.
"Get dressed, we've got breakfast duty."
My head just sank at his reminder. I checked my watch and it was only six. Six! Breakfast at six? You've got to be kidding me.
"But it's only 6am." I tried to reason with him.
He sighed like he was trying to explain something to a kid and they just didn't get it.
"Breakfast has to be ready by eight. Now hurry up." He walked out of the tent while I took a lot of effort to get out of my warm bed.
Someone's an early bird
After some time, I finally got ready. It was pretty cold because it was early in the morning.
Sean was already working on pealing the potatoes with five other guys and I got sent to placing hash browns in the ovens and doing the bacon as well. And I ate some pieces along the way. I was just putting another piece of bacon in my mouth when someone cleared their throat behind me. Shit.
"If you keep eating the damn bacon then there's not going to be enough left." It was Sean.
I turned around to face him, not even daring to open my mouth that had bacon in it. I pulled a smiled like I didn't know what he was talking about. Sean folded his arms across his chest and raised an eyebrow. So I gave in.
"What? I was hungry."
"We're all hungry, now move." He shoved a little to the side and went for the tray of bacon. He grabbed a few and started eating it.
"Hey, you're eating them too."
"So? If you can eat them, then I can too." He walked off eating his bacon and teasing me with his smile.
Looks like the only thing we have in common so far is the love for food. At least I'm getting him to actually talk to me and stop looking at me like he was going to kill me or something.
By the time everyone was up, I was starting to feel tired again. Because I was moaning from time to time. At some point, I would find any second to sit down but Sean didn't want to suffer alone.
"Man, you're so lazy." He complained and I just ignored it.
I stood behind my station and waited to serve the students. Great, I might as well volunteer to work at the cafeteria back at school. One by one, I had to serve people. Every time someone stood in front me, I made a face and Sean was enjoying rubbing it in my face, next to me. I got annoyed and poked my tongue at him, along with a kick to his leg.
Sean groan in pain and glared at me.
Dion's P.O.V
"Yo, did you hear about last night?"
"What about last night?" I asked half interested.
"I heard that Ames got into a little stand off with Sean last night. Looks like Shane's little bro has grown some balls."
