Mia's P.O.V

I'm all dressed up. Wearing a red lace short dress with a pair of white pointed heels to go with. Letting my hair fall on one of my shoulders. Because I couldn't be bothered to do any other hairstyle to my hair. I grabbed my white blazer and place it around my shoulders. The next I had to get was my clutch and my phone.

Putting some red lipstick and I was done.

I almost shocked myself when I stood in front my closet mirror. Damn, I look pretty hot.

Happy with myself, I made my way down stairs to my driver.

"Where are you going?" Ames asked just before I could open the door.

"To my sister in law's wedding of course" I say cheerfully when I suddenly felt dead inside.

"I told you Mia-"

"Yeah yeah, you don't want to go. But hey, that's your choice not mine. You don't want to go but I do. So, you can just stay at home or go get wasted somewhere while I have a wedding to attend. Ok" I turned around and opened the door before he could reply. And I was out.

I did a little speed walk to the car, just in case he came after me.

"Looking beautiful today Miss Mia" my driver complimented me with a smile as he opened the door for me.

"Thank you" was all I could say.

The car ride was almost awful. Only because I was feeling nervous. The wedding was actually at a vineyard estate. I can only image that it would beautiful.

When we pulled up to the front gate, I had to show them my invitation.

By the time I got out of the car, I still felt a little uneasy.

"You enjoy the evening Miss Mia"

I nodded to my driver and dismissed him.

Before heading towards my  designated seat, Ames mother approached me.

"Is Ames with you?"

"I'm sorry. I came alone"

She only nodded understanding. And she pulled a smile that only tried to hide how hurt she was probably feeling. I wanted to say something but I couldn't. No, I just didn't know what to say. That boy's pride is larger than America itself. He couldn't overlook this just for once. At least for his sister, but I guess not.

I could only smile at her, sadly before going to my seat.

I almost wanted to vomit when I saw my father and step mother there. Lucky I didn't have to sit next to them.

It was beautiful. The venue was very beautiful. Not too much but then it wasn't simple either. The changing colour of the sky in the background made it even more breathtaking.

When it was time, Jackie walked down in a beautiful satin mermaid wedding gown. She was beautiful. It was only then that I got to look at Dion's brother. And boy let me tell you that he was one fine piece meat. If anything, they looked too good together. Two hot looking people.

I could just think of the beautiful babies that they would make.

Ok, maybe I should stop.

I noticed that Jackie couldn't help but scan the crowd before facing her groom.

"They finally decided to do it"

A middle aged lady said next to me.

"Are you here for the bride or groom?" she asked without looking at me.
