As we know, Izuku even now, in the current manga, only uses 45% of OFA, though fa jin helps him reach 100% and transmission - 120%.
So basically those two quirks give 75%.
Anyways, we know that when Izuku reached 45%, his body got adapted to OFA, rendering him from completely destroying his arms. Before, his body was absorbing some force when Izuku used OFA, meaning that he was at first only attacking himself and only then his enemies. Now, it's not that big of a problem.
But...
What will happen when Izuku would reach, for an example, 65%? Or 85%
Or even 100%?
Would his body get even more adapted to this power? Would his normal physical statistics be affected, making him even more OP in his verse?
That's something that we won't know untill it will be revealed
