An interesting thought.

Technically speaking, quirks are imprinted into your gene, right?
Wouldn't that mean that the quirk All For One works on a genetic level? It can steal quirks, give quirks and store quirks in its master/host. The interesting thought that I have includes other fandoms. For an example, would AFO be able to steal Hulk's powers? The movie one, where he mutated thanks to a frog or something.
It's really an interesting thought. What else can be considered as a super power that appeared through genetics?

Anyways, it doesn't really matter right now. As we have seen, and it was stated, humanity has evolved in MHA. Humanity as a whole has evolved. For example, Izuku, without receiving OFA had been able to lift up all might in his buff form, be it a training montage or not, he was still able to do that. Though he was sweating like crazy and it was visible that it was hard for him.

Stain - his quirk shouldn't be able to enhance his physical abilities, but he was on par with recipro burst Iida and (5 or 8 percent) Izuku. Later on he also put a lot of pressure onto heroes, after he defeated that flying nomu. Don't forget, his quirk should only let him stun people.

Maybe there are a lot of examples about that, but I don't want to spend my time on searching them at the moment. What I want to say, is that even quirkless people in the current timeline of MHA are stronger than normal people, though of course it doesn't mean that they are able to lift buildings and throw them at us ;-;. What I mean is, in the area of defense and potential, quirkless people in the current timeline are better than people in the original world or other manga's and such. Though it's not the case when the whole humanity have evolved in other manga's as well. I don't think I can explain it...
